We’ve been calling them to picked up the machine for more than a month and they said they will call us to set up a pick up time and our insurance will not be billed anymore. Never called us back and our insurance got charged again.

I am very happy with the overall services Lincare provides. My only issue was with the original delivery. The original delivery happened at 8:00 pm. I was already in bed & had to get up to accept a delivery at 8:00 pm at nite. That is my only complaint so far. Thank you

While it took me some time to figure out just which nebulizer replacement machine I needed after over 20 years of use of my previous model, they worked with my physician and myself to ensure I had the unit I needed and wanted. Once selected, the insurance process and product delivery was timely. Very good durable medical supply company.

Lincare refuses to schedule reasonable delivery times for its
customers. I have had to cancel several equipment visits because Lincare will only deliver on a specific day or a week later.
I am not impressed.

This is amongst the worst firms I have dealt with in my 70+ years. They failed in every possible aspect on an initial durable medical equipment order. They took too long and then claimed my prescription expired and my doctor's office was uncooperative. My doctors at Northern Nevada are terrific and have always responded to requests within a couple of days. They were then negligent in failing to contact me before canceling an order for a needed equipment replacement. I get the feeling that so long as they can bill they're not that interested. If you have a choice, I would probably go elsewhere.
FOLLOW UP: After my doctor's office got involved, I finally secured the medical equipment I was waiting for. I increased my rating to 2 stars because the person who helped me once I finally got an appointment after four months was terrific. Her name is Mina Guzman and she was very helpful. I have reached out to the company's wecare and let them know about this situation.

Extremely poor communication w/local office, they blame the patient/customer for things being wrong or not taken care of. Patients can’t take care of things when there is absolutely no communication from the office or if the patient is blindsided by local office….The local office will go about doing as they please and then claim that they are working w/patient, they can’t follow simple instructions

The Sparks location has had trouble with their delivery and communication. It has gotten a little better. But they really need to work on their communication skills.
But I was on a travel to Tennessee and the office out of Jackson Tennessee was awesome. So I give them five stars.

Beware of this scam place. I have been calling them since January 2023 trying to cancel my CPAP services, and they said no problem and they would have someone call me.. which still hasn’t happened to this day despite the numerous calls I’ve made. They NEVER return ANY phone calls. They continue to send me bills when I told them my insurance ended over a year ago because I moved.
I have called them several times in the last month after they sent me a new bill for services that I canceled over a year ago. I called them back to say it’s been canceled, and what do you know? NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK.
This place is the worst. Go literally anywhere else but here.

I thought Preferred Homecare was bad! I have been trying to get my FIRST order of supplies from Lincare for months. I am told that once the initial order is filled then the process becomes much smoother and quicker. I am holding on to hope, but the transfer experience is absolute misery. If you want to leave Preferred Homecare because of their horrible customer service (which I agree, it is!), think twice! The transfer process to Lincare may not be worth it!
