On February 27, 2025, I bought a refrigerator and dishwasher at this store. I was told they would be delivered on March 5th. On March 6th I got a text that the refrigerator would be delivered on March 5th. I went into the store on March 7th late in the afternoon and talked to the store manager who referred me to the Carson City Store. The Carson City Stire said it was coming from Fernley. I hung up and waited. On March 8th I got a call that my refrigerator would be delivered in about 12 minutes which it was. It was not the fridge I looked at but the only paperwork I got was a cash register receipt with no model number. The day before, the dishwasher was delivered but I cannot use it because of the air tag I think they said. So I am one very unhappy customer who will never ever shop at Lowe’s again and I will discourage others from shopping there.

Went in to buy a dish washer, ready today, card in hand. Walking around for like 10 minutes looking at what they had on the floor. The sales guy is there standing at the appliance counter, not on the phone, just doing nothing. Doesn't acknowledge us or approach us. Like 20 feet away. Another couple walks in. They say to him, 'Are you busy?" He says, 'I am always busy' They ask where something is and they seemingly leave appliances. Still nothing in terms that we exist. We were looking for a Bosch 800 series or 300 with an install and haul away of the old one. Off to Best Buy.

Wrong prices on the products. Check out lady wanted to blame the customer instead of Lowe’s employees doing their jobs correctly by putting the right labels. Showed her a picture she even agreed that I should have pulled from the bottom and when I said that’s exactly where I grabbed from, she switched it up. I won’t be back. Home Depot it is !

Found some 6" insulated 24" length pipe for a wood stove marked down in clearance. Price tag said $32.00 and it scanned as $00.02. I couldn't purchase them at the sticker price because it is policy they have to throw them away. Management and the nonsense that comes out of their mouth, it makes me wonder how often they choke on their own spit.

This place has gone downhill so bad since Steve left as manager. They used to be so happy to help customers it was wonderful but this morning was nothing short of unacceptable. I pushed the help button two separate times while being watched by 4 associates nearby at the customer service desk. They all looked at me while needing assistance and one even walked 10 ft away from me without even acknowledging me. Then when an associate came to help after 15 minutes she proceeded to be rude about me being in tools and her being dispatched to seasonal (I just pushed the help button where I was). She then told me she needed to get the keys which I don't know why the person was dispatched to open a case with no keys even though it was a combination lock. Honestly don't understand what the deal is here but I will most definitely be going somewhere else to purchase my item. Making people feel like a bother because they're trying to spend money at your store makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Issue Steve in appliance 11-27 AM.
Rude, arrogant, and belligerent lies and must not have knowledge of products and delivery schedules
HE SHOULD NOT INTERFACE WITH CUSTOMERS!
Came looking to buy a new refrigerator today since my other quit working.
Lowes has always had the best prices and delivery in about a week in my past experiences.
I am building a new Million dollar home planned on many future purchases.
NOT ANYMORE!
Steve was the only person covering the area was busy I said was happy to wait.
John came by from another department was kind tried to help but said he had got in trouble for helping other departments and did not have much knowledge to help.
Steve came back I shared the dimensions I needed. I saw a few on the floor that were close.
I asked If i could find what I wanted when I could get delivery . He said after the first of the year?
The he ranted several times about this being Black Friday and it was not his fault I was here now so late looking for a refrigerator!
He said Home Depot will be the same I am screwed.
I went to Home Despot
They had same day delivery on items in stock would order anything I want delivered free next week.
Steve must be unhinged. You lost many tens of thousands of dollars of Business today.
Steve literary chased me out of store arguing with me in front of many customers

Lowes is Lowes is Lowes. Seen one? You've seen em most. Wish they would bring back more actual checkers. Self check out sucks. In my opinion.

No cashiers, they want to make it all self checkout!! Don't recommend it!! They want you to do all the work, search for your stuff, cart it, go to register, scan it, bag it, and pay. All the while, they've got employees running around doing nothing but walking around. A billion $ company, and they don't wanna pay someone to be a cashier!! Very disappointing!! Won't be shopping there again!!
