  Having to deal with the gm roger and his secretary robin was one of the worst experiences of my life. They are miserable people and should not be allowed to deal with people. They both yelled, screamed and called names because i didnt see their little sign that says to check in. I think they are both unhinged and do not need to be in a customer service position. I have video of my interaction with them and would be happy to share with the CEO of this company.

  Worst driver!Yes, this morning @11:54am with licensed plate: 17162X2. On US 101. I think the truck belongs to royal coffee inc, Emeryville.This truck changing lane without signal and space, and also kill my whole family. Otherwise, I would even bother to leave a review.
