I got stranded in my F350 in the middle of nowhere Nevada after hitting a deer or antelope. I had the truck towed here to see if they could get me back on the road. I was 12 hours away from home. They were super busy, but were able to prioritize my vehicle. Repaired my fuel system so at least the truck would be able to run., And went the extra mile to help me out with the trailer that I was towing. I highly recommend McDiesel, and special thanks to Alex! She is an awesome communicator.

Two weeks away from my son's first hunting trip to eastern Nevada and my vehicle driver seat would only move forward, not back. I moved it to the point my knees were in the dash. Dealerships were a month out on a repair. Read online reviews about McDiesel, gave them a call. Alex was responsive, told me to bring the vehicle down that day. McDiesel diagnosed and repaired the issue - seat module had to be replaced. Picked up the vehicle three days later. Hunt is back on! I will be a lifelong customer. So glad to have found you guys.

McDeisel is amazing. I needed 8 injectors replaced in a time crunch and they were able to get my truck in, repaired, and back to me in time for a car show. I understand that they worked late just to help me out. I highly recommend them for their customer service, their knowledge and their genuine understanding of what was needed.

We were on our way to Reno to visit family and our diesel truck decided not to start. We called around and found McDiesel and talked with Alex, she was able to get our truck in right away. Two days to fix the truck and we were back on the road.

This is the shop I always wanted. We dropped off our 7.3l on Sunday night. On Monday Alex took charge, diagnosed it and ordered parts. She called later Monday and said we could pick it up. Amazing in this day and age. Thanks Alex.

McDiesel is a real gem. After years of taking my 2015 Ram 3500 to another diesel specific shop I was frustrated with the the recent poor customer service and lack of quality control. I brought my truck in to McDiesel for a loss of power and multiple codes. They took excellent care of my truck and determined I needed a new turbo amongst other fixes that my previous provider missed. The rates are excellent and Alex in the front office is very knowledgeable and kept me updated during the whole process. I highly recommend this shop and feel very fortunate to have found them.

McDiesel is a wonderful company to bring your diesel to if you’re in a pinch. I just recently brought my problematic truck in and was able to discuss multiple options with McDiesel on getting it fixed, that matched my budget. They went above and beyond on making this whole endeavor, enjoyable. A big thanks to Alex up front, she gives you detailed information on where your truck is during the repair so you don’t have to worry about multiple days going by with no response. Thanks again to the staff at McDiesel, you guys are great.

This shop has an amazing amount of integrity. I took my truck in for repairs. Several other shops quoted me $15000 to repair without even seeing the truck. McDiesel wouldn't even talk price without seeing the truck. They ended up finding that the truck didn't need the expensive repairs. By working through a process the final bill ended up at about $2600. Amazing!!

Held my truck for a week to complete all the work needed done it. Turbo replacement with front end components replaced. The work was very well done and pricing was extremely fair. Also a very personable and professional crew working there. Will absolutely come back here for any future needs.
