The store manager Irene is so rude and unprofessional. I went in to ask her for help on how to pay my bill online because for some reason it wouldn't let me and she wouldn't help me she was sitting down i also asked her is there someone else she told me I asked how do I file a complaint on her and she said there is Noone else to deal with other than her or I would have to goto another location. I will not be goin back there and I hope all that the Reginald manager reads this

Bought a free phone yesterday and was charged $170. I was told it came with a FREE case, screen protector, SIM card, & ear buds. Yay! Then as he is scanning those items he says to me, that he has to scan them to remove them from inventory. I look at my receipt at home only to find I was charged almost $100 for the accessories. I went to get a refund today. Didn't get one I was told it was a bundle and without the boxes could not get a refund. Funny the kid put my case on & protector threw away the boxes. Which they conveniently dump the trash every night. I couldn't even get the managers number. I was scammed out of $100.

Dalton saved the day, great guy AWESOME knowledge.
Mr k was extra friendly and made us feel welcomed.
Overall this is an amazing location. We're from the Bay area and after visiting two other locations this location was the answer. I'm not saying the other locations are garbage! I'll let you figure that out on your own. Take a hint, this is the spot.

Went there to transfer my number from Verizon and get the phone with metro the sales rep told me that the only way I can get the phone is when I buy a case and a screen guard worth $50. I refused to buy the accessories and the sales rep didn’t sell me the phone. Is that a new metro by t-mobile policy or management at this location try to be sneaky? Please do reply thanks

I can't get any customer service or support. The phone numbers for the keystone and Niel location are disconnected or no longer in service. Even when I log into my metro still there's no help.. gtfoh

Every time we've gone in the ladies at work there are rude. tried to go today on the 4th of November at 1:30 in the afternoon doors are locked lights are on no no on the door saying when they'll be back and every time it gets close to my phone bill my service starts to suck until I pay my phone bill early will be switching to a new service ASAP I advise everyone not to use them

LIED TO AND DECEIVED ABOUT THE SERVICETHE QUALITY AND VALUE.THE PRICE IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR THE NON RELIABLE SERVICE!!!!WE WERE SWINDLED INTO A 2 YEAR CONTRACT.. FOR WHAT??!! THIS BELOW STANDARD SERVICE AND PHONE, STANDARD THAT ARE RIDICULOUSLY BELOW ANY OTHER CARRIER AVAILABLE... WITH LAZY EMPLOYEES THAT BARELY KNOW THEIR JOB IF AT ALL. DESPICABLELYWORST EVER SERVICEWORST QUALITYI HAVE EVER IN MY LIFEHAD TO DEAL WITH.I WOULD TALK TO MY WORST ENEMYJUST TO LET THEM KNOW TO AVOID ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO T-MOBILE !!!!!!!!!

We always receive great customer service from this location (unlike the Silverada location), but it's 10:40am & they're not open, though they should have been 40 minutes ago!
