Great craft supply store but I must admit I was a little disappointed with their very minimal selection of yarn. However I love some of the colors they do have available, tho the prices are about $1.00 or so higher then the competitor's in Reno.

The store is big, clean and well-stocked. Big selection of beads. No issues there. Clerk who checked us out was rude about us not wanting to use the self-check out. Lady, I do not work there. This is literally part of your job. No greeting from her. No pleasantries. No "thank you for shopping at Michael's." Nothing to suggest she appreciated us as customers. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but she couldn't even muster a smile. The 2 other employees I encountered were pleasant. One of them asked if I needed help as I stood there, staring at the beads, wondering where to start. 5 stars for selection and store presentation. 1 star for the unpleasant clerk.

Good inventory, however they need more employees, especially during the holidays.
But the ones there were working their tails off!

Wow! I cannot believe the way I was treated. I called this store because I’m looking for something very specific. I live pretty far away and I wanted to make sure what I was looking for was available before driving so far. First, when the “team member” answered the phone she was speaking low and fast- definitely not happy to be answering a phone. I asked for what I was seeking… she waited about 10 seconds before saying, “what?” in a very condescending tone. I repeated myself and she immediately said, “no we don’t have that.” There’s no way she could have checked that quickly. Then she hung up on me. This person definitely hates her job and I’m not sure what she answered the phone at all. How disappointing… I loved this store :(

It fine for a craft store. I will say there are more and more people standing in line for the human cashier even when all the self checkouts are open. It should tell them something, but corporations are not seeing it even Michael's

They always have a great selection of items, especially geared towards holidays. I often try to order online and pick up in store, but it never fails. My order gets changed or completely canceled. Not long ago, I ordered on the app to pick up in store, I used a gift card I was given for my birthday, but they they refunded my gift card and charged my debit card! The managers and other workers are super helpful. However, I feel like the person pulling the online orders is lazy and doesn't want to find things that are said to be in stock. I just placed an order, it go changed (big surprise) and I went online and they said they had 6 of the item that was deleted from my order.

I really don't know why I shop here . Their shelves are empty everytime I go . There isn't really anyone to ask questions unless you go to a casher .....

This is one of the smaller Michaels that I've been to however they have a good selection of items in stock to choose from... The store seems to always be well-organized and i rarely see out of stock items

This is a hard one to rate. The store has the most adorable things and they have. Everything can think of truly, but you could buy everything else. Where so much cheaper they rack up the price at least thirty percent more then everywhere else. Going on and when they go to a new theme, they take those old items and redecorate them for the new theme to save money in the products that didn't sell, which is kind of lame because they change the price and it's always Insanely overpriced and They always do fifty percent off those items when they do a new theme and even that price is too expensive. I get that they are a store and I need to make money. But they would have a lot more business and still a lot more if they marked the prices down a little bit. I can't ever buy you everything. I need for a project there it's just wait too much. I would love to be able to get it all there and support them. Besides that, They really do have some amazing and unique stuff there that sets them apart from other places.

They have a good selection of your everyday hobbies. Definitely recommend for scrapbooking and painting. They also have some art guides a little hidden. If you are looking for more cosplay type of crafts they have a very limited section.
