I received a letter in the mail today saying I have a vehicle impounded that was registered to me. I don’t own that vehicle so I called them today to say there was a mistake and the lady said sorry we need you to pay or you can pay a disposal fee of 400.00. I told her it’s not mine and why would I pay a fee that has nothing to do with me. This seems extremely crooked if you ask me. Is this some sort of fraud going on?

These people are not Deserving of Any Stars … They need to be charged criminally. They stole all of my property that was inside of my rental except for my 2 pair of iPods earbuds that were in separate places … one pair in a Murse and the other pair in a backpack … they left them in the front seat of the car and another pair in the cup holder … I’ll give them this they are smart criminals because they know that those items could be traced on my find my app … lied to me on numerous occasions as I tried to get the car from their impound yard … and the 1st time I went there to get it I was still under contract with the rental company and they stated that I wasn’t. Then said the car wasn’t even there. Had me running all over town trying to figure out how to find the car for my belongings… once the rental company did pick the car up from the lot that I was at the 1st time to get it they got extremely rude and said the car was picked up today and just hung up on me! They don’t deserve to be in business and I really not sure how they still are … I’m not done with them I’m going to file any and everything that I can against them for stealing from me and being unethical in so many ways … Don’t do business with these people they don’t care anything about you … and I don’t write reviews but they deserve this one … HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!

I had a terrible experience with this towing company last night, which resulted in damage to my truck. Now, whenever I turn, I hear a knocking noise that seems to indicate issues with the control arms or something similar. The driver was unprofessional and rude, and when I pointed out the damage to my rims, he just stood there smirking with his arms crossed.
To make matters worse, they refused to take responsibility for the damages. I cannot recommend this place at all; they clearly don’t care about their customers. It feels like they’re more interested in illegally towing vehicles for profit rather than providing honest service. I wouldn’t trust them with anyone’s vehicle!

As we all know getting your vehicle towed is a nightmare. I thought my life was over. I couldn’t get to work. I couldn’t drive. I had to take the bus, but it all worked out in the end. Everyone at the office at Milne was very very nice. Patient put up with my shit thank you so much, special thanks to Alexis!

If I could give this place a negative star I would because my experience with his towing company has been horrible. I had my car parked in a handicap spot, but keep in mind. My grandmother was with me and she has a handicap hacker. She just left it inside the house, so when I got home at 6:50 PM, running around all day running errands like any other person I come home to unload everything that I bought. I was in my house for about 15 minutes and you towed my car and charged me $429 the same night that is completely and utterly ridiculous. Did not even give me a chance to go outside and put it where you could see it I just don’t understand how you got there so fast when it literally takes you 10 minutes to get to my house from your yard and every single person that I interacted with was very rude and not understanding at all one even told me that it’s not her job to be empathetic. She’s not a therapist and the manager at this Location is just that worse because at first she was kind of understanding, but then shortly after that, she started to give me attitude and I wasn’t giving her attitude. I was just upset about the whole thing on how fast it happen instead of talking to me like a regular person she hangs up on me would not recommend this place

Blake came and picked up my car when my dealership did something wrong and it needed to be towed back. He was quick and knowledgeable in the process. Kept me informed on when he’d be arriving and when my car was dropped off. I would highly recommend the company from this experience

These people are CROOKS!! Don't believe me? Have them impound your vehicle and you'll see how much you need to pay to get it out even if the vehicle was there less then 2 hours. Would highly recommend people to avoid them at all cost.

i see that you have done the standard make no since reply to a one star review.
you make up prices of how many days the car was in you did this to my toyota yaris. you stole my ford edge and when you found out you shouldnt have towed it, you denied bringing it back because that would be "predatory." do destroyed my tire because the back tire was flat you towed it on those wheels and destroyed my tire and couldnt take air anymore.
do us all a favor and just name yourself "predatory towing" so we know what we are dealing with
