Had appointment arrived on time. Had no wait time the Secretaries very helpfull and nice. The Dr. who helped me was amazing she followed thru with everything she said she would do. I recommend this Urgent Care to everyone! Thank you all for being so kind to me when I was sick.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’ve never been to this urgent care. However, the receptionists were very pleasant and welcoming.. it was very quick. I was done within a hour on a Saturday. The medical assistant was quick and very nice.And Doctor was attentive and understood the pain I was having and explained the medication she gave me. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Family Nurse Practitioner Satoh was amazing. She listened, diagnosed, and created a care plan quickly and accurately. I wish she did primary care because she would be my forever Dr. Thank you!

I couldn’t get an appointment on line; so I got there at 9am on Sunday and they scheduled me for 10:40 I got right in on time and everybody was wonderful thank you ?

Today I unfortunately needed Urgent Care and was glad to see on a Saturday my doctor office offers this service.Kaylie Humphreys was excellent, she showed actual concern for my pain and the Follow up treatment.

Doctor instructed me to apply nasal rinse and Flo-Nase for my sore throat. Had already been applying the nasal rinse. Added the Flo-Nase generic and my sore throat was almost completely gone overnight.

Sharon Ekedahl at the Kietzke location should be fired. I love Northern NV urgent care and luckily they were able to catch a horrible infection I had at the Vista Location but if you go to the other one, watch out for her.

I am an RN and I would definitely recommend this urgent care, the staffs are very accommodating, Providers are very professional and kind they listen to you and will find and prescribe the best treatment to relief you and your loved ones. I bring my kids here and i go myself if our primary isn't available to attend our needs.And your time and money spend is worth it, unlike other urgent care i’ve been. Keep up the good work! Godspeed!

Went here on a Sunday when my wife cut her thumb pretty badly. We got right in. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor or nurse practitioner (sorry I don't know which she was) was very attractive and did an excellent job explaining her treatment plan. The cut was in a bad spot, up against the nail.In the end, everything went well and we were on our way.Excellent experience

Efficient pleasant staff. I able to make an appointment online to be seen the following day without waiting endlessly at a walk in clinic.Doctor was great she took her time to listen and solved problem so I was able to catch my flight home to Florida the next day...Thank You
