I can’t say I ever had a bad experience at a shoes store but I guess there is a first time for everything. First and foremost finding a worker to assist me was like finding a needle in a hay stack. After an hour of browsing the store without help I finally found a pair of shoes I liked. Once I reached for the box containing my shoe size that box was completely empty. At this point I had to call to the cash register for help. She had said that probably someone stole the shoes and left the box.. And of course they didn’t have anymore on the back. Instead of getting another pair of shoes the front desk clerk suggested I order a pair and have it shipped and she reassured me it will arrive 3-5 days. On the 4th day my order status still says processing. After reaching out to online support they had told me the information I got was incorrect (a lie) and shipping in fact takes 10 business days! Horrible experience I wish their co workers set honest and true expectations . Their ignorance shouldn’t be the customers price to pay!

Had a good time shopping here, tons of shoe options for all kinds of tastes and occasions. They do carry wide widths, which is a plus, but I wish they had more in stock. Prices are definitely on the higher side, even with deals, but the variety makes it worth a look if you're hunting for that perfect pair.

Wasn’t expecting much but they actually had some really decent deals, especially with their BOGO offers. It’s not super fancy inside but I found a pair of everyday sneakers and a pair of sandals and still stayed under budget. Worth a look if you need new kicks.

Great selection and good sales. Huge store could use better organization. Interesting uninformed, or dishonest customer service. Asked where basketball shoes were and advised they don't sell any, except for children. We proceeded to find numerous adult basketball shoes. Employees were very nice, but only after conversation was initiated.

Despite having a very good selection of shoes, I must say that the cashiers here are rude, slow, and all around lousy at their job.

Don't consider going to work here unless you want to be the managers little doll on a stick. I was told in interview that unless you have open availability she couldn't give me hours. Then she was so flighty I couldn't understand anything she said. I told them the day I needed off and was then told to work it all day. Look I don't need a job that bad. Mgr even said she wanted to get rid of the younger kids then turns around and said I needed to work when they didn't. And any mgr that has issues allowing a DV survivor work daytime hrs especially when you have a restraining order against your ex well this my friends isn't a place worth working. We don't even shop here anymore. Watch your jobs with this store

1-Store mgr doesn't dress professional, hair up is a messy rolled of bed bun'ish. Perhaps the St. Mgr needs to dress and look the part. And not blend in with the the rest. Set the example= Not be it!! Store looked better when it was Off Broadway!
