Extremely helpful, patient with non-tech people. Of course I needed to be patient as they had other customers, but they continue to work with me. Highly recommended.

Well stocked location with easy access and lots of parking. Store has clean bathrooms. Team members are too few to run this store and are not available to answer any questions. Check out is slow and registers are slow to process transactions. Still a great place for office and school supplies.

Went in to have a picture printed out and was immediately told by the older woman behind the desk that I had to "go do it myself." Now. I don't mind using the self serve printing, but I never have used it so I'm not really sure of how to. I could tell by the huffing and puffing of this older woman and the "what don't you understand" comment she made, that she was not happy I was bothering her.... At her job.... Where she is supposed to be helping customers. This woman was of the rudest people that I have encountered and I will completely go out of my way to go to Staples before I ever return here. Maybe you should focus on not hiring miserable, bitter employees because they're most definitely losing you money.

Have always loved Office Depot but my last few visits have been exceptional. I needed some custom binding orders and Laureen helped me out with my first one. She was sweet, quick, and wasn't afraid to tell me that there were orders ahead of mine and it may take longer than expected. I appreciated the transparency and I think she did an absolutely wonderful job. The second binding order I did, Hawk took. It seemed that he was running the front end all by himself which included the printing area and the register. He did an awesome job and was courteous, had a pleasant demeanor, and knew what he was doing. I think Laureen is still in charge of binding my stuff, but Hawk still had awesome customer service. I hope both of these associates are recognized!

Thank you to Brooklyn at Office Depot for helping me print out my important documents. I now, know how to print using your major copy machine. Thanks for teaching me. My copy machine would not work when I needed it too...of course. Thanks for being there when I needed copies. Brooklyn, Excellent customer service with a smile. A five star experience. Julie A

I had another most horrible experience at this store today !!!! I went there to ship box , Denise (.... Customer manager ) is the one who I end up with , I fill form on computer she turn to me and in the graph insurance and value I input $505 ( anything what is shipped with insurance over $500 automatically comes with signature at delivery ) she proceed and WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME SHE CHANGE VALUE ON SMALLER AMOUNT !!!! ) I didn't know that till she handle me receipt , I almost walked out and have to come back to her and ask why she changed value without saying word to me ?!!!! She trying to explain her unprofessional approach and try to send me to post office multiple time giving me attitude , I have to cancel my transaction and start over again to make sure it's will be with delivery confirmation on top of my insurance ( which once again she told me at first was unavailable and I should go to post office !!!! ) first of all I don't have to explain myself why I walk in your store instead of post office - ITS WAS MY CHOICE AS YOU CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU PROVIDING THIS SERVICE AT YOUR LOCATION !!! Second YOU DON'T CHANGE SOMETHING WITHOUT CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE I AM PAYING FOR IT AND CHOOSE OPTIONS I WANT AND NEED NOT YOU !!!! I don't mind to pay extra I just need it to be done correct way and the way I need it to be done . I don't know who is responsible for your customer service relations but one thing you have to realise : YOU LOOSING YOUR BUSSINES NOT BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH CUSTOMERS BUT BECAUSE YOU HAVE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU . Previously I did all my printing , shipping in your stores but because your personal is horrible I stop coming , and so many others !!!!

Every time I visit this location (photo print department), I get good customer service. But today, there is this old lady named Cindy. She gave good service to the guy in front of me, but when it was my turn, all I got was an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I did not purchase anything from her service, changed my mind and walked away due to her bad service. Please tell her to change her attitude. To be honest, I feel like she's treating me like that because of my ethnicity. Who knows!
