After going through 2 of office depots printer ink brand and one was busted upon purchase the other my printer rejected because it was not HP ink. I then bit the bullet and purchased HP expensive ink. However, the Cyan cartridge was NOT printing! For my 4th time back in the store, to exchange ink, my printer is finally printing all color cartridges and Black with no problems. The male manager and his associates (I imagine 2x it was his assistant, blonde lady pony tail) NEVER once gave me a hard time because they must have known what a frustrating time it was for me to come in 4 times before having ink that actually prints in my printer. And ink is so expensive so I was afraid that they would turn me away and it would be my loss. Because of that, I will forever shop at that Office Depot! I am thankful for their customer service each and every visit! 🙏

Don’t use your debit/credit card pay cash, I went in to the Disc location for a simple copy and used my debit to pay. I was frauded days later they used my card number for a purchase at their other location on Northtown lane per my bank the number was manually entered.

went to fedex in office depot to mail a 5x7
photo, but when i got there they had no fedex envelopes on the shelf, they said they did not get to order them, " REALLY" also i wanted it to go fedex 2 day & they said it would be $55.00 dollars, it was only a little photo & did not weigh anything. Anyway these fedex places inside other stores are run by office depot employees witch do not know what to do, from now on i will go to a real fedex store.

The employee (Nadine) and manager (didn’t catch his name) were extremely helpful throughout the whole trip. They made signing up for the business select program easy and quick. Nadine even ran after a previous customer because she forgot something. Top tier customer service!

I came in with multiple printing projects. After a well intentioned associate was unable to correctly output my printing, Melissa took over and was very helpful and able to promptly and effectively finish everything. Thank you for your assistance and for doing a great job.

Wow, I had the most amazing experience at this location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the cheerful and highly welcoming Paul, followed by the lovely Nadine who couldn't have been more helpful. The level of care and attention I received from both of them was simply outstanding. They made me feel so at home and valued as a customer. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to go back!

Decent prices. Had a mis-cut for our quarter page order, but they made it right same-day within hours.We printed color with them, and put the pages in a clear plastic sleeve for durability in our rental book. Pics attached.They have a new system for organizing pricing for charities and non-profits. If you are one, I believe you can sign up online.
