h&m store treated me very badly, especially the Manager! Careful! I was charged the wrong amount for my purchase! I complained and when they reversed it on the card, the main charge doubled, that is, instead of resolving it, it got worse, the solution being to go to my bank. I will never go back to the store again and I don't recommend it.

Terrible store, rude and unprofessional employees. Refuse to follow their own return policy printed on the receipt. Entirely unethical. Won't shop here again.

I stopped in to buy a few tank tops, price range from $6-10. I also found a couple of other tops that signage indicated were on sale but were not. Instead of a sale price of $15 for sweater it was $45! I highly recommend you read each sale sign very closely as not to be deceived. I really hate it when businesses put sale signs on a rack of clothes but it's really for something else, or a different color. Not nice!

I stopped in today with my daughter to see what we could buy. The first person who greeted us was a very happy, upbeat, friendly saleslady. The same lady checked us out, I want all sales associates to be more like her. Her name is Dawn, she's a great asset to Old Navy.

This store is understaffed. I try going off hours and there is always a line. The 30 day return policy is too short and I would shop more there if the return policy was better. The quality of the clothes is average but since the prices are relatively reasonable, this works for me.

The 30 day return policy is absurd, I bought some clothes for my mother from Old Navy and it was to big, once I tried to exchange the size even with receipt they wouldn't take it. Because is was passed 35 days!! This is ridiculous!!The return policy is very absurd and annoying

I love simple and down to earth clothing..You'll always catch me in jeans and running shoes.. lol.. Nice store and lots to look at.If I see something I like, I am one to buy it in different colors.No purchases today, but when the weather warms up, I'll be back.
