Every single time I go into this O'Rileys location and AutoZone too..it is literally almost impossible to get rung up and check out if you need anything that is not behond the parts counter. And to top off finally walking out to go to a different store where they help customer's..I get a rude employee trying to justify why it is they can't do their job and check out their customers!!!! Heres an idea you idiots who seem to think we have all day or like rude ass employees...its called Self Checkout..by 2025 get a clue!!!!!!

The assistant would not even give me his name to give him A. Review rude. I tried to return something the card reader. Asked, do I still have this card? I said no, and he got defensive. I guess it's the third time doing it today very rude Devin was his name on the receipt.

The customer service, from Jamie and Scottie, was outstanding!! I know I will always get help at this store, and that's why I keep going back. When the store didn't have the item I needed, they reached out to other stores to keep me from driving all over the place. I feel they always take a genuine interest, and I trust that my questions will be answered truthfully. Thank you!!!
I would like to add another review for Amanda! She was amazing, and I feel she went above and beyond when helping me find wiper blades. I truly appreciate her, and I thank want to thank her for all that she did to help me.

Jamie was the name I believe of the guy who helped me. But excellent customer service. After I bought what needed I realized I needed cotter pins but they were out and this dude gave me a personal one that he was saving for himself.

This is the best one in town! It's a hub where a lot of parts are stored so they usually have what you need.the staff here seem to know a lot more that the snot-nosed kids a lot of parts stores hire. I'm sold on this place!
