This is the best one in town! It's a hub where a lot of parts are stored so they usually have what you need.the staff here seem to know a lot more that the snot-nosed kids a lot of parts stores hire. I'm sold on this place!

I needed some extended travel c.v. axles and they had them in stock. I had called around to a few places but O'Reilly's had them in stock.

Very appreciative of this location! They worked with a secondary location on Damonte ranch parkway to ensure that they had my battery in stock, and Wayne kindly installed it for me. If not for them I would have been stranded on a Sunday. The only thing to note is that it was pretty consistently busy with a line, but I’m sure this is the case with most businesses on weekends.

I’d like to thank Rodolfo, who went above and beyond two nights ago. I parked too close to a curb, and broke loose a piece of the under carriage on my front end of my car, which has little ground clearance. I was able to hobble across the parking lot to O’Reilly’s. I went inside, and the two gentlemen there enthusiastically offered to help. Rodolfo came out, assessed the situation and went back inside for the correct tool. He returned quickly and set about removing the broken part. He was kind and friendly and generous with his time. I would like to think this is common among O’Reilly employees overall. Thanks again, Rodolfo, for getting me home safely. Thanks to the other employee for minding the store!

My battery was swollen, leaking, and boiling so I knew I needed a new one. A very nice older gentleman helped me out and even put the new battery in for me

Absolutely poor service and rude associates. The older man with glasses working the day shift is absolutely rude and wanted to argue with me about a part I purchased that was the wrong one so I brought it back to re turn it and he started stating that the part was more than used and all this. First off how are you gonna sit here and tell me all this when you physically were not there to witness what I did with the part. considering I spend thousands of dollars through out your stores and have a service account. I am flat out disappointed and disgusted that you allow your employees to treat your valued customers in such a disrespectful way!!!! And something needs to be done

Not good arrived to get my part after catching an Uber to get there to find out they didn't have it so I had to catch another Uber across town to the store that had it only to get back to my car and find out they gave me the wrong part at closing so was stranded over night and had to sleep in my car and again catch an Uber back to O'Reilly's to get the right part not cool at all

My number would be in the negative for this store. This store was one that carried a part I needed that would not have been in another competitors for 5 days. As I do business with my vehicle I could not wait an other 5 days for this part from a competitor. I asked for the price match and the guy there refused telling me that the part had to be in stock in the competitors store for him to price match. I would not have gone into these stores had the competitor had the part I needed in stock. Overall, your store charges $20-70 over what the competitor charges. Just one of a few reasons OReilly's doesn't get my business.

horrendous manager wont price match unless item is in stock in the other store locally (which i would have gone there as oreillys really has became my last choice) ive had more bad parts come from oreillys than any other store put together.
