Wife was leaving work and her car came up with a message low engine oil. She drove to this Oreilly’s and I tried to walk her through checking the oil. She was having a hard time. She went in and got a quart of oil and ask for help to make sure she didn’t overfill it. The people working refused to help her and told her she needed to go to a gas station and check her oil again.

Took my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the Los Altos store in Sparks. Tony tested my battery, found out it was bad and replaced the battery like a pro. He provided excellent service and it is always a pleasure to see a young person do a great job. I would recommend this store anytime.

Next day delivery is a joke. Don't think you're getting what you need when you need it, not going to happen. They won't even let you know they didn't fulfill it in time. Customer service is garbage. Won't be going back there.

I appreciate the manager at this store. My alternator went out in front of the store, and the manager helped me out and let me borrow the tools I need to replace the alternator in front of the store. Thank you.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I usually enjoy going to this auto parts store... but on this particular occasion the customer service was not so exceptional. Lauren could not seem to help me and all she wanted to do was make snarky remarks to me and flirt with my husband. Normally it's not a huge deal, I get it... but to tell him he "smells good" in front of me and continue to laugh at everything he said, including when he asked for the tool he needed and this lady continued to giggle her little head off... it wasn't funny. He needed to find the tool and all you could do was giggle, flirt and twiddle your thumbs. Then come to find out she is the manager... no thanks. On top of that, she said "I love you too" (with that annoying giggle) when I told MY HUSBAND that before I walked away (cause I was pissed). How disrespectful. I will go to the other O'Reilly's. Do better Lauren.

i would like to bring up the fact that the manager lauren is completely disrespectful and rude my husband who works next door goes in to pick parts up for his shop and lauren constantly flirts with him and tells him how good he smells then when i'm on the phone with him while he's at her shop she will make smart remarks to me and be completely weird towards him flirtatiously laughing at him when he is just trying to explain what tool he need from there store and tells me "love you" as i say it to my husband do better you disrespectful woman. learn to be a manager and stop flirting with your customers husbands. if i could rate this store 0 stars i fucking would.

The only store that pretty much has what you need in stock. The employees give off the “I don’t wanna be here” vibe pretty well, and give the right part 6/10 times if given every detail of the vehicle being worked on.

It's been exceptionally cold lately and my old battery decided it's was gonna give up the ghost. Decided to stop here and make sure it actually was the battery and not the alternator. The employee, Danny, was so awesome. He didn't hesitate even though there were several customers, to run a quick diagnostic to make sure it actually was the battery. He made the battery change super easy and fast, and was friendly the whole time. And just for the record, he was wearing a mask :)
