I'm very happy with Colleen Lindleaf APRN, but her assistant Jennifer is rudest person works in the office, zero respect and empathy for the patience's , I felt very uncomfortable with her service !
I hope the office manager considers giving her feedback about her attitudes.

I missed my initial primary care appointment due to highly personalized reasons. They will not reschedule me. If this is the primary care you are looking to receive then this is your group. They offered to see if they doctor would reconsider but I will go find a more compassionate primary care service. Absolutely awful.

Dr. Hicks is helping me navigate thru multiple medical problems all at once. He helps me understand the vitally important things I need to do and focus on, versus the things I do not need to worry about. He helps me make certain my decisions, choices and actions are not a waste of time or out of priority. All his support gives me peace of mind and reduces my worries as I continue various medical treatments, some of which are curative and others just life-prolonging.
