Everyone was so nice at Pinnacle. Super nice facility, and since this was my first time visiting there to establish as a new patient I didn’t know what to expect. The wait time was reasonable and I am very happy so far with my experience.

Valerie Leitko is awesome! Whole staff was great. Fast in, no hassles, caring, took the time needed to get to know me as a new patient. Very happy I changed.

Pinnacle on S McCarran,Reno. First visit went great. Impressed with Dr Desai,Primary. She and staff attentive to me as patient. Adequate time given and didn't feel rushed or pushed. She covered if refills needed,labs needed,next visit and if something comes up between now and then...M-F call the office for help or appt or work in. Their phone system works great and live people answer the phones. Again... impressive!!!!!!!

Dr. Hicks is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He genuinely cares about his patients. I’m so glad he speaks Spanish, because he’s been able to do so much for my family as well. I’ve recommended him to many friends and family members already.His staff is very professional and friendly. Overall, I cannot recommend a better clinic or doctor.

I am so happy with Dr Hicks and his staff everyone is so professional and nice and Dr Hicks explains everything in detail and there isn't a question that he can't answer for you. I am so happy I found him. He is the greatest . And his nurse makes you feel so good for picking his office and staff I wouldn't change anything for all the money in the world. Dr Hicks is the greatest.

Alerte is an excellent doctor at Pinnacle. I’ve been going to her for a few years now. She listens to everything. I never feel rushed she has a zceplent bedside manners. She never hesitates to go above and beyond for her patients. My whole family goes to her as well and they say nothing but great things about her. Best Dr in Reno in my opinion :)

First came there with my in laws. Loved the atmosphere and comfort so much decided to switch doctors and now i go here! Very personable and super friendly. Makes anyone at ease right away!

Doctor Hicks and staff were so helpful. I'm always very nervous when seeing a new doctor but my nervousness diminished right away because of their demeanor. Doctor Hicks was very thorough and his calm voice and mannerisms helped me to be focused on improving my health and staying calm through the information he gave me. I feel confident that he will be diligent in doing what's best for me.

I have been seeing Dr. Ronald Hicks for about 5 years now and he is the greatest doctor I have ever had. He always listens and takes time for my concerns. He gives me his advice and has always been accurate. He is always very pleasant to be around and very professional. Nothing but nice things to say about this doctor. He actually sees my whole family. We love him so much.

About 3 years old, so office was modern and updated. Very clean. Staff at the front was friendly and professional. Also loved one of the ladies actually singing with the radio. My MA was so welcoming and very efficient. Valerie Leitko was amazing. She definitely listened to everything little or not of every concern I had and discussed it with me nicely but professional. Definitely found my new PCP.

This office is very professional and courteous. I was seen as a new patient very near my appointment time by Dr. Hicks who is a very attentive listener, easy to communicate with, and took as much time as needed to understand my background and current health situation and gave me some very helpful insights and advice. He has garnered my confidence and respect.

I have found the best doctor ever with Dr Astrom. She treats every patient as if there is no one else in line to see her. She is super kind and knowledgeable and I’m so grateful that I found her. If there were more stars I would check them all!!
