Public Storage made everything so easy! The app guided me through the whole process, and when I got to my unit it was spotless, with my paperwork and a lock ready to go. Everything was professional, clean, and convenient—I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. I even received a follow up phone call a few days later to see if I had a question and to welcome me.”

I was having a bad day and forgot to place lock on our unit. Jamison discovered it on his walk around and locked it up and called us. A bad could have been infinitely worse. I have found the staff here extremely helpful and conscientious about their work.

I got this storage for my mountain bikes and was rinsing the dust off of one with just water. Someone tells me I cannot do that. Ok cool, what about the people fixing cars and doing oil changes? How about the people living out of their vehicles who hang around?
Thinking rules do not apply for everyone.

I've had my things in storage 2 years. The people who run the place keep it clean and are extremely nice when you talk with them, BUT that's if you get a call or an email back. It's ridiculous. Thevoicemail says you'll get a timely response but it could be a week or more, if at all. Getting very frustrated with thos place.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for their entry, exit system. You have to be in just the right spot for it to work. Would be nice if they marked on the ground where the best place to be is. Otherwise, great facility. Very clean and well kept.

Julie has been so wonderful to work with. She is super nice, when we moved into our storage unit, we were on our way to rent a dolly however instead she let us use one for free. Thank you so much for that Julie :) She also keeps the property looking very nice.
