So the four star rating at 5:00 is only because I just wish it wasn't so expensive however the manager of boxington way K a t h i e most definitely gets five stars out of five. She's always accessible handles any issue that you have immediately and I mean immediately and I'm pretty sure she has quite a few customers. . However she's super understanding and just a pleasant person to deal with. Thanks a lot Kathie. Quick side note you know that she's impressive because I'm 55 years old and I have never ever left a review for anyone for anything I might think about but first time I've done it

Kathie Property Manager at 450 Boxington Property Sparks location - I am so happy with the wonderful customer service I received from Kathie as she answered all of my questions and took away my worry about my storage unit and the monthly rent. I have been a tenant now for 2 years at this location and am so happy I chose this location for my storage needs. Thank you again Kathie for an exceptional customer service and making me feel like a valued customer/tenant.

Kathie was of great help very knowledgeable and went out if her way to help me decide on the perfect unit. I had so many questions and she took the time ti answer me with her perfesoinal knowledge i got exactly what i needed. Just moved to sparks and i called and asked for pricing and the manager Kathie answered and she answered every question i had and was very helpful. I'm for sure gonna be down within the next week to rent a unit.

Everything was ready on move-in day. On site staff was very helpful getting gate access setup. Had a few question that were promptly answered via kiosk. The storage is close to home. What can I say but great!

Everything about the rental process was a lie. No manager on duty to check ID and issue gate code. Kiosk was not functional due to internet problems. Went to another location to fix problem, manager first could not find my account and then could not enable access code I was given. Regional manager could not fix. Paid for a storage space I could not access. They finally refunded me my initial payment and I went somewhere else. Beware of companies that try to save money by not manning local offices and instead replace managers with unreliable Kiosks. They violated NV law by not checking for current registration on my travel trailer. Never asked for registration or insurance.

The worst service in the world.I made a reservation for a storage unit and paid for one month, fees, and insurance. During the night, I received a refund that was $50 less than what I originally paid. I didn't receive any further notifications.When I arrived with a truck full of belongings, an employee informed me that they had no record of my reservation. They offered a smaller and more expensive storage unit than what was advertised online.I had no choice but to pay again for a storage unit and suffer a loss of $50 due to the cancellation of my reservation by the service itself, as well as the increased cost of the storage unit.There is no customer support available. They don't answer their phone, and there is no way to send them an email.

I have the smallest storage unit they have at this facility yet I’m being charged almost $200. When we first went in and spoke to the lady there, our rent was $119 for 2 months then went up to $200 without being notified. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to speak to and I’ve left several emails, voicemails and they never get back to me. If I could give this place 0 stars I would..
