If you value your privacy….FORGET IT. Also, beware of discrimination and severe judgement from the owner who canceled my reservation when I was trying to decide between 3 types of 10x10 units he had available. First, he let multiple people cut right in front of our transaction to “pay their bill” when I told him I was in a hurry. I even asked if I could just finish it online in which he said I could but wouldn’t show me how.
By the way, he gossiped to me about his renter’s activities on storage grounds behind their back. He was showing me all the cameras he had & how one guy likes to sit in his car for an hour then in his unit for 2 hours and he wonders what he’s doing….like, leave the poor guy alone! He probably fights with his wife every night who knows?! It’s none of his business!
He said he wouldn’t rent me a unit unless I walked with him over there first. I didn’t feel comfortable so he became an instant jerk after declining.
Every question I asked was followed with an extremely condescending response. My feet hurt wearing heels all day so I told him “no, I don’t want to walk to the unit, I want to drive.” He says, well you’re weird then… go somewhere else to rent!
🤦♀️ All good, I don’t like being spied on like this guy wishes I do. Be careful renters!
If you want 35/7 access…I suggest Uhaul in South Reno…they have better things to do than SPY on their tenants! They’re amazing & work with people too.

Absolutely the best facility and people I’ve ever dealt with in this industry. It doesn’t seem to matter who I interact with they are always professional, friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean, gated, well lit and accessible 24/7. Prices are more than fair, they don’t get you in with some crazy deal then proceed to raise your rent amount every 3-6 mos. I Highly recommend Pyramid Self Storage.

This is the second time I am renting a storage unit from Pyramid Self Storage. They were great before and they are great now. The ease of registering and paying online, was incredible. If you need a storage unit, please go see them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. What started off great turned into the worst experience. On the day I went to move out the rest of my storage and finally be done with my move I noticed that my key wasn't working in the lock. The guy that owned the facility gladly cut open my lock. Upon moving out I noticed some of my nicer more expensive items missing.So I went to the office and had them pull up camera footage. Somehow my ex had went into my storage, broken into my storage unit, stolen over $1,000 worth of my possessions and walked right on out. I know for a fact I had never given my ex any of that information. I have no idea how he got in. I never gave him the entry code info, he didnt have a key for the lock. And after all was said and done the owner of pyramid storage was questioning me! Literally no help. He just kept questioning me like I was the one at fault. Completely awful. Absolutely terrible. I am completely astonished at the lack of professionalism and care.
