Had my first experience yesterday. Was really impressed with all the help and information I received in moving into the 21st century of vaping and all the options now available. Been vaping for 12 years now, and this was probably my most informative experience yet. Highly recommend this shop. No wonder they got Best Vape Shop award!

Seriously man if I could give more than five stars I would so here’s my extra five on it. Joel is amazing if you have not stopped in and met Joel and seen his fabulous shop you are missing out. This guy is so knowledgeable knows his stuff has a beautiful shop and the bestiest customer service ever. I’m putting another five on it —- you should too.

extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Not only answered my questions but helped change my coil. Loved the artwork for sale. will definitely be my go to place when I move to Reno in a week!

When I first started vaping, this is where I got my first device years ago I haven’t been there in a long time went by today and it is nice to see that. Somethings don’t change I have never had a bad experience here very friendly, and always willing to take time and help you out

I was going somewhere else. This "other" vape shop was super rude to me.. I switched to Joel's vapor and artistry shop because they order what I need &don't care if I buy small vape products. One by one..Always nice& always friendly.Prices are very competitive too. Stop by for your vape products, you won't regret it!

I am so glad that I have found this store. I don't have any vape shops that sell what I need within a 45 minute drive to me. The drive to this store has made it worth my while. They carry a juice that I have been looking for in a local shop for a whole year. I love their juice selection, their attitude towards customers and their genuine kindness. They have also gone out of their way to help me find what I needed
