Their floral arrangements for occasions like birthdays and Valentine’s are literally AMAZING! The variety of flowers and the design of the arrangements is spectacular. I have purchased flowers from them for friends for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine’s Day and every recipient has sent me a picture of the flowers and have RAVED about them. Today my friend (who knows a lot about flowers) wrote, “Oh my word, this is the prettiest arrangement I’ve ever seen. All of my favorites are in here. I’m seriously blown away. Thank you SO so much. My heart aches with how pretty this is.”

So you finally get engaged. After years of planning your imaginary wedding on Pinterest and "liking" every single bridal and engagement photo on Instagram, your beau finally got down on one knee and asked the question you've been waiting for since were 4 years old (oh, that's just me?). As I stare, mesmerized by the glistening rock on my finger while trying to ignore those how will we afford it woes, I know that a beautiful wedding is possible & well within our reach, regardless of our budget. After all, there are a TON of wedding DIY's, articles and Pinterest boards that are oh-so helpful - right?! Yes, they provide endless tips necessary for planning a wedding but if you're anything like me - where wedding planning turns into a drinking session while lying in a fetal position wondering why I don't have "Martha Stewart & David Tutera skills" on my resume, things can get overwhelming, FAST. Since eloping wasn't an option for us (ha!) and I wanted a wedding Pinterest worthy, we decided to hire and collaborate with a Wedding Planner / Designer to bring our wedding inspiration to life. And boy, I am glad we did. And through great & trusted recommendations, we found Quality Events Design. I definitely had the vision. I just needed help enhancing & executing it. I don't think they've invented enough words to express how grateful I am for this team. Hiring & Collaborating with Chrissy and Jess was probably one of the best decisions we've ever made as a couple, period. The highest-budget weddings can be intimidating to plan - so it stands to reason that it would be even more so when the budget is drastically limited. And like most brides, I had the most expensive taste but had such a modest budget. My husband (blushing) had to keep reminding me that I was not Beyoncé, therefore I needed to stop doing the most. Chrissy and Jess couldn't have planned and executed a better wedding for us. From connecting us with THE MOST AMAZING vendors such as our Videographer (Dax Victorino Films), to keeping me sane when I started asking and saying things like "Do I really have to feed my guest? I am sure once they see our décor they'll forget how hungry they are" - to making me feel at ease considering our venue was 4.5 hours away and it was a destination wedding. They truly made MY (our, I mean our) wedding dreams come to life. From beginning to end, they took meticulous care of each and every detail. Chrissy and Jess and their ENTIRE team executed the most magnificent wedding I've ever seen in my 37 years of existence (and no, I am not being biased because it's my wedding). This is all based on endless weddings I've attended and me binge watching all of the wedding shows known to mankind on TLC. Our family and friends kept saying how amazing our wedding was. And they were right - It was so dreamy and such a fairytale. It was so "style me pretty / pinterest" beautiful. There aren't enough words to describe how STUNNING it was. You simply had to be there to understand. QED should be on every newly engaged couples vendor list regardless of which part of the globe you're from. You can thank me later. Trust me, I am always right - just ask my new husband.

My husband and I got married 8/23/15. This review might be way after-the-fact, but it's as relevant as the very day we tied the knot. Chrissy was a godsend for us. From the very initial planning stages, she had been available to us via phone and email whenever we needed her. She offered endless ideas and suggestions, worked within our budget and was exceedingly creative in coming up with out-of-the-box solutions for the tricky spots that will invariably arise. Early on, she spent a full weekend with us when we flew out from LA to meet with vendors, scout the location and talk through details. As the date drew closer, Chrissy took care of all the details - big and small. When it looked like it might have rained on our wedding day, she had tents on standby. When it turned out to be bright and sunny, she had parasols ready for all guests without us even asking. My husband and I initially thought that her level of energy wasn't sustainable, that eventually Chrissy would somehow lose steam. Wrong. She not only kept her enthusiasm up from day one, but the whole time we felt like we were her only clients. The entire wedding day, Chrissy was omnipresent. She was making sure all our vendors were in the right place at the right time doing what was expected, while remaining immediately available to us and our groomsmen for any questions we had - like how to put on a boutonniere, where do we stand, do I walk this way or that way, etc. I'd like to think that most wedding coordinators can handle the big stuff; where Chrissy blew our minds was her ability to seamlessly handle the small stuff too. In short, we had the most amazing experience of our lives, and it absolutely would not have happened without Chrissy.

Chrissy and her team are AMAZING! My daughter had a vision of her wedding day and Chrissy and her team brought it to life! I would not change a thing! It was everything I hoped for and more. From the biggest of things (vendor selection) to the smallest (need a safety pin; I need eyelash glue) she was on it.....you will not want for anything with Chrissy and her team..Do not hesitate book her now!

Words cannot express how Wonderful our event look because of Chrissy and her staff for my son's Bar Mitzvah. My son wanted a Travel Theme because of his love for traveling, however I have never seen this theme before. I explained this to Chrissy and boy did she come up with and show case her ideas. We have a new temple and we were the second Bar Mitzvah they had, so things where a little disorganized with the temple, but Chrissy took all that stress away from me immediately so I can enjoy this very special moment. When I got to look at the final event set up my breath escaped me, It was as if you were walking through different countries... it was out of this world. Thank you Chrissy, one more next year :)

It has taken me a year to write this. I wanted my anger and sadness to subside so that I could write a clear, non-biased review for the sake of other brides. In short, Chrissy with Quality Event & Design did a beautiful job with our wedding flowers. As an event coordinator, however, I made a huge mistake when I chose her as a wedding planner. Chrissy and I first had a problem with staying in touch. She rarely responded to emails or phone calls. Perhaps worst, when my mother would call her, she would say rude things about my own mother to me. Although this was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, we continued to work together. I really liked her attitude and I tried to just understand it all and go forward with kindness. Our rehearsal day came and my stress began. Chrissy was nowhere to be found for the first 30 minutes. When she did show up, she sat and watched as our officiant directed the rehearsal, which I DID NOT want. We never even practiced or ran through my wedding. I kept moving forward though, thinking the day of it would be different. I had been telling myself this all along. The day after of our wedding, Chrissy suffered a terrible loss. I think this is why I hesitated to write this review. A year later however, my heart still hurts and I do not understand why she would not have told someone- Dj, photographer, videographer, caterer... - that she would not be at our wedding. I did not realize, until after our ceremony, that Chrissy had sent her 21 year old daughter and a friend to coordinate my wedding. They were sweet girls but they did not know what they were doing. As any bride knows, it is the details that make our wedding ours, that mean so much. It was not their fault but so many things were forgotten or done wrong. It doesn't mean our wedding wasn't beautiful, because it was but still- this was our day that we were paying for. After our wedding, we asked for our $900 back plus my purple and champagne linens that I had offered as part of the fee. At first, Chrissy refused the refund. Eventually, we got the check but I never saw my linens- which I paid $450 for. We also had a couple of props that Chrissy was to return. She returned them to the wrong place and they were thrown out. I think the reason I mention this is because I was very upset by how rude Chrissy was to me about this. Another very unprofessional tactic, she gossiped about my mother to my mother-in-law and to me. This is rude, discourteous, and beyond unprofessional. I could go on and on but I will end here. Our wedding day was beautiful and I am blissfully in love. I chose to share this review because I know that when I got married, I really liked using reviews from other brides as a guiding light towards the big day!
