My husband and I saw Britney today for our blood draws. She was so sweet and friendly! We had appointments and were seen shortly before our scheduled times, which was great! We will be coming here from now on.

Check in at the kiosk was easy. Wanted to make appt for 1st in the AM, but non available on a Monday 4 days in advance, so did a walkin at 7am and I only waited 15 mins. Michelle did a great job drawing from my tiny vein. Clean and spacious site.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, unless they are from people that don't make appointments. Quest has always been very good for me and I have had no issues with any of their employees.
Today I went to the Sparks, Nv location and had blood drawn by Jen. I have small veins and they can be hard to find. Jen found it and was in on first try. I barely felt anything and was in and out in no time., but of course I had a appointment. Great job Quest, I will be back, you guys are awesome!
Update:
Love this facility and Jenn is still the best, as well as the other employees. My only complaint is that now that the nearby LabCorp has closed, everyone is coming to Quest making it almost impossible to get an early and timely appointment. If Quest is reading this you need to get more help for your Sparks, NV location!

The lady that took my blood made me feel like she really cared. We had a great conversation and she didn't make me feel rushed. I really enjoyed her bless her heart for driving all the way from Washoe valley.

My husband went to have his blood drawn per doctors request, this lady stuck my husband he was in excruciating pain and his arm was swollen right after now his arm is badly bruised up and down she obviously knocked a vein or something and his blood has been puddling up in his arm, good thing I can't post pictures you all would be scared.please don't ever go here

Very rude and dismissive staff. Came in to receive receptacle for testing the next day and the front office lady just completely blew me off. Came to this office because it was the only one open after 3 o’clock and apparently they don’t want your business at 4:30 either even though it says they’re open till five.

Treated VERY rudely and observed the same person being rude and condescending to 2 ladies, whom their first language was not English. She would not give her name and her ID badge was turned towards herself so no one could read it.

I had a 7:40 a.m. appointment and due to inclement weather and traffic, I was 10 minutes late. I tried checking in with the front desk but nobody ever showed up and somebody suggested I check in on the express check-in machine. By that time, I was now 20 minutes late so it canceled my appointment and had me do standby. After 30 minutes of waiting, I finally asked one of the lab techs that were bringing people in how long it was going to take and explained my situation all she said was "so it made you it cancel your appointment and made you go stand by?" and I said yes-but I was only 10 minutes late for my appointment and she just walked off.The two employees that were doing blood work were extremely slow and talked more than they worked. After 1 hour and eight patients later that came in after, I finally walked out and went somewhere else. I will never use Quest again!

Michelle is amazing. She’s taken my daughter’s blood twice. She has rolling veins in one arm and hasn’t had the best experience in the er. Michelle got it the first time both times, no pain, the most minimal discomfort to one who truly dislikes the experience; she looked at the arm with rolling veins and immediately said “nope other arm,” both times. She’s a pro.
