So august 9 at 2am stopped in my concrete truck to get a coffee I went around store and parked in front blocking 2 parking spots out of maybe 20 completely out of anybody's way if they showed up, empty store empty parking lot nobody at the pumps, I go in to get my coffee and the guy working tells me I can't park there, I said nobody is here it's 2am, he said no can't park there, I asked are you expecting a rush of 20 people at 2am, he said yea it's "off the hook all night long" I left went across the street to chevron parked right In front got my coffee the cashier was nice and happy and I watched the quick stop across the street not a soul pulled in. How very rude and I won't be spending a dime in there ever again.

You know it's really annoying going to a supposably 24-hour gas station and walking up to the front door with a closed sign on it. You guys are supposed to be 24 hours but everytime I stop there to get gas you guys are closed which forces me to go to the Chevron across the street

Nice staff, for as many people as I see go in and out of there all day the bathrooms look really nice, well kept. Also a McDonald's is attached to this building.?

Kroger points aren’t working again. The cashier was friendly and nice, not her fault, but she was getting a batch error that said I had exceeded my points and had no further information. After speaking with Kroger directly it was confirmed I have points and my card was in good order, there is no such thing as exceeding your points unless you pump more than 35 gallons of gas at one time during a single purchase. I had not pumped any gas at that station in at least a month when receiving this error.I hadn’t been going there because the Chevron across the street has had lower prices than this typically cheaper gas for weeks during this high inflation period. I’m starting to wonder if the owner is just trying to make the extra buck by not letting you use the fuel points and then also jacking up the prices.

Station refuses to participate in the Smiths .03 per gallon gas discount. They deactivated the option to scan card or enter phone number on the pay at the pump and when you go inside the store they refuse to scan the Smiths card. Other Quik Stops still offer this incentive.Also the tap to pay readers on the gas pump have been deactivated.Poorly run business here and no reason for either of the above issues to be taking place.

This gas station use to be the only place I went to to get my gas. They switched to an app to get the discount on gas and to pay. I thought it would be a good thing. I used it once. One time. In the very beginning a few months ago. I have not been able to use it since. When I call they say it was put on hold do to some suspicious card activity....umm you're not my bank. ? I only used the app one time to get gas....was that the suspicious activity? Unknown as I can't get any other information on because the phone number I'm told to call says they have to transfer me to somebody else however they close super early.My husband decided to make his own account today because the gas price with the discount is pretty good. Nope he downloaded the app, put in all his info, then was put to a halt as they said he needed to call as well!I refuse to pay extra so I'll go else where as I have been.

Some guy named Huq was completely rude. I asked where the bathroom was and he asked me if I could read?!Idk why he decided to treat me that way but it really threw me off because I’m usually really patient and nice to customer service employees so they don’t treat me that way.

Bit of an unconventional review: I pulled up to get some gas and realized my car's battery connection was loosened and wouldn't start. I didn't have my tools with me, so I went inside and asked the clerk, Bruce, if he had a wrench I could use. He handed me one without question and I was able to get my car running. Big thanks to Bruce!
