I wish I could give zero stars! The guy that works there was discrimination and profiling my boyfriend and I with other customers while we were washing our dogs. They accused me of grooming one of my dog because he's an Akita, which means he has a lot of hair. So while I was trying to wash and dry my dog they were pacing back and fourth in front of the door with their dog taunting my dogs while talking about us, even though we're just trying to wash my dog. Then the worker proceeds to walk into the room, while he sees my dog is stressed and says there's no grooming here by the way and I said what does that consist of? He replied no cutting your dog, I said I'm just brushing him while drying him, he's got a lot of fur so it comes out and then he scuffs and turns the the people and said that she states she isn't grooming and they all start getting upset and saying bad stuff about us that we're taking too long. Mind you we waited 25 minutes just to get our spot into the wash, which we pay money to use. As I proceed to use my own money to disinfect the tub and room, which the worker usually does, but decided not to do it just for us but for everyone else that was using the wash...is it because we're Mexican? Young? Or because we just had a bigger dog than others? But after I cleaned the whole tub and room of the hair I walked to my car and they all said Jesus Christ, oh my goodness, and the worker said finally. I pay money to wash my dogs but this was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting of the other customers AND their worker. Will NOT be coming back. They should really educate their workers on how to be professional and not discriminate against customers and casually just join in on others talking crap about people that use their wash. I wasted my money on a horrible experience.

I've been using this dog wash for years but recently it seems they are always out of shampoo and/or conditioner.

First and foremost the attendant on duty ...Austin is amazing he is a lifesaver. My husband left his wallet with all of our money in the dog wash station. Not to mention cards and license. Austin found it and ran it out to us!! Thank you Austin! This kid needs a raise!Honest youth still is a real thing!

It really pains me to leave this review. I have lived in the Spanish Springs area for about 15 years. And have used this location multiple times. My last two visits have been sub par. The first sub par visit was because I paid for a premium wash & only got their basic wash. The attendant was successful in making sure that I got the wash that I paid for, at that time. I decided to give them another try and went back there yesterday. I found that their prices had risen. I don't have a problem with price raises as longas I get what I'm paying for. Thirteen dollars for a premium wash, as it is advertised, is not unreasonable to me. What is unreasonable is the fact that I had to wash my car at my house after paying said thirteen dollars. I would be more understanding if I would have taken my car four wheeling through the desert and had a bunch of gunk on my car. That is not the case here. The only problems I had on my car had to do with the recent bout of thunderstorms that we've had in this area. My windows still had water spots after my "premium" car wash. How can a car wash be deemed "premium " when it cannot deal with something as simple as rain spots on windows. As a result, I will no longer be supporting this business.

This car wash is a nice and cheap place to come to for a quick wash. The prices are nice and cheap for very thorough and quick washes, and the dryers at the end leave little room for needing to dry it yourself! It's a nice and easy little stop to get your vehicle washed!

They have recently upgraded their automatic car washes. Work very well. For me the best thing about this car wash is that they have two DOG WASH rooms. Excellent!

I drove up a little after noon on 2/16/23. There were some cones by the drive through washes, but this isn't uncommon to see when one or more of the auto car wash stalls are down. As I got closer, following the cones, the attendant (I'm assuming) ran up to the side of my car screaming obscenities and dropping f bombs about me not seeing the cones and that the 3 stalls were closed. He yelled at me to back my f-ing car the f up. As I left, I saw that he added more cones to the lines making it much clearer to see. It was an honest mistake on my part that could have been handled much differently. I have never been yelled at like that at a place of business (or anywhere). It was completely unprofessional and actually quite scary to have an irate man yelling outside my car. I will not be back.

I’ve been coming here every Sunday for almost two years. The machines always work as they should and the attendant is always helpful. The machines replaced in the last year are a huge improvement over any other touchless wash I’ve been to.A quick rinse/dry option would be great for like a $4 option. You could name it “The Quicky” ?

Never been here before. Interesting place. Have never done a self service doggie wash. Our golden wasn't too happy abt it though. Open the door into a large concrete walled room with a ramp up into the tub. We ran our card and started pressing buttons. We weren't sure how much time we had so our dog didn't get completely blow dried before it timed out. We brought towels to finish the job. All in all...it was very convenient. We will definitely go back. We also brought our own shampoo just in case. We're glad we did.

They just recently raised the prices by $1 on the drive thru portion but still not as bad as the subscription washes. I've been to other car washes and I have go to through at least twice because the people either don't scrub the windshield good enough or the grill doesn't get scrubbed at all. This place is right around the corner from my house and it's more convenient. Only thing I don't like is the vacuums aren't free, but they also have a shampoo option tonscrub your mats so I guess it isn't that bad.
