This Pharmacy has downgraded over the years. Poor communication from staff and they almost never alert you when a scrip is delayed, not available, or ready. It’s a constant guessing game. They always have an excuse why meds are back ordered when other pharmacies have no issues. They also blame everyone else for delays and issues with prescriptions, rather than problem-solving. The staff are often rude/short with patients and they’ll ignore the line of people for several minutes before you are assisted. This used to be a great spot for our family but we’ve switched. This team needs to improves its efficiencies, especially with so many senior patients that don’t want to drive far for their meds.

Horrible staff, they cant get a perscription right the first time. Arrogant, Staff that deserves to be fired. They absolutely do not understand the consequences of screwing up life saving medication. Run to another pharmacy- protect your family!

Every time I've had to get a prescription from this pharmacy I've left with a bad taste in my mouth. Not only is the staff rude and inattentive, the manager is the worst of all, she commented loudly and negatively on an eczema breakout I had (that I was going to pickup cream for) and embarrassed me in front of other customers. I was mortified and changed pharmacies immediately after. They also take forever to fill prescriptions and do not have a drive through option. Don't waste your time here.

The other day I got home to realize I bought expired products!! Today At 8pm they were taking all the tri tip and rotisserie chicken back to the deli because they do this every 4 hours for proper temperature/ food safety which I understand but nothing was left for purchase and I caught them just as they were taking them back and they said they didn't feel comfortable giving me on which I again understand but they were all just being thrown in the garbage. What a waste. Never have anything decent in the bakery just pre frozen crap. The meat department is lacking as well. Would be nice to have something else besides Harris ranch gross meats. Really sick of the lack of anything worth the money Raleys charges. The only thing you seem to keep over stocked is your liquor. Basically a glorified liquor store. Pretty sad. Might as well allow smoking and black Jack. Nothing fresh about this place at all! Rather shop at any other store!

Joshua at the deli/sandwich station is an asset to your company. From the moment of his greeting, making the sandwich, which I'm very picky about, making sure we had everything we needed, to receiving our payment, his great attitude never changed and just got better. That's in addition to how amazing the sandwich looked and tasted. The best I've had in a very, very, very, long time. We just moved here to Sparks and this will be our grocery store of choice because of Joshua. Thank you Joshua! May you be compensated and lifted up for your amazing service and especially for your personable hospitality. We appreciate you!

The wine dept with your man Roger The info on wines is the great and he is very knowing on wines! The whole store is full of wonderful folks! All grocery and produce always well sticked and fresh produce.

Roger was very knowledgeable about the wine section. Recommend some very good wines, Sonoma- Cutrer Chardonnay and Martini Asti sparkling wine, and Slane Irish whiskey was fantastic. Thanks Roger.
