Had an appt for 11:30am. Had to wait 15 min. Told them on the phone I currently have dipping powder on my nails. Was lectured by my nail tech, Vienna, that this was supposed to be just a gel manicure. I explained to her I told them on the phone I had dipping powder. She went on 2-3 more times that it was supposed to be just a gel manicure and she would now be late for other customers. After she was done attacking my cuticles and polishing my now uneven nails (meaning my nails are not straight, but slanted) I received a rush job of hand massage and charged double the price on the price chart.

I did the new set nails from here and I got couple cut when the lady use cuticle and Im not sure she did sanitize her tool or not. I hope im not infected

I and my sister just left this nail place and my sister received a call from the lady that attended to her that she should not come again because she has the right to refuse service. She stated my sister was kind of complaining. This is concerning because people have to right to let you know if one is satisfied with the service or not. I also wondered why she did not tell my sister right there but had to wait to call. I have noticed when we got there that she was frowning and not smiling at all. She was extremely rude. However, i am satisfied with the older lady who helped with mine. I just wished i knew this particular rude lady’s name.Service: Pedicure

The dudes here are awesome but the older ladies working here are mostly incompetent and unapologetically rude. Many great businesses around for regal mani-pedi services. But beware of this regal nails.

Vienna and Sonny are the best nail techs. I recommend them for mani and pedi. Very gentle and spend about an hour pampering you. Prices are great too!

I've been going to Regal nails for sometime Sonny gives the best pedicures and there chairs are so comfortable. Hane does my nails fills they last for weeks I highly recommend Regal Nails at Walmart in Sparks

Beware! This is a family owned business. And trust me when I say this business will not last due to lack of staffing, second, due to poor customer service. If you call to cancel, you can no longer get seen for your nails. Sought of a retaliation from the owner. There is only one person in this shop who can do full set nails. I called to reschedule my appt and was informed by the owner that she can no longer accommodate me. This would have been my second time visiting this place. Walmart regal nail has a bad reputation for bad customer service. There are so many other nail shops around. Don’t waste your money here.
