Normally I don’t post reviews but this is enough. I was here on March 13 to get treated in urgent care because of two injuries. They only treated one and they asked me to get a primary care physician with them to get the second injury treated. I called to get an appointment and the closest one was 18 days later. All this time I have been fallowing the treatment for the first injury but is getting worst. Of course the second injury is worst as well and today after showing up for my appointment I was told you were supposed to be here earlier just to find out my appointment was with a nurse and not a physician and if I want a appointment with a physician I have to wait until April 14. And while I wait my injuries get worse. Wonderful service. No wonder why healthcare sector is one of the sectors with the most lawsuits.

Visited the Imaging department. Very pleasant and professional staff. Appointment went off as scheduled and was in and out in no time. The results are seen by me the very same day, in My Chart. Follow up call from doctor next day. This particular facility has it all, Urgent Care as well. My visit was very positive in every aspect.

Yeah. I should've followed my other review and ran for the hills. I didn't. Krystal Dorman APRN is a joke. Mousy, non-discript, her care is pretty much standard, by the book handing out mammograms and lab slips. Nothing earth shattering. I have two medical conditions she knows nothing about and admitted as much. I should've left then, but I don't go to the doctor often, so I figured it would be enough to get by. This office has been, and still is, terrible at communication, often leaving patients waiting days for a response. I've called them on it before. I worked for nearly 20 years in a cancer facility and we never treated our patients with so little disregard for their time. We got back to our patients quickly. And if we didn't have an answer, we'd call and let them know we were still working on it. NO ONE in Renown's system will EVER do that for you. I recently had a situation where I had a small issue and was told I'd get a response back from a physician. This time I misunderstood some of the communication, and when I discovered my error and apologized, I got "spanked"in a response from Krystal. Yes. Spanked. She spoke to me like I was a child. I let my husband read it, you don't want to know what his response would have been, as it wasn't family friendly. Seriously? Yeah. I don't have time to be treated like that with such unprofessionalism. I should've trusted my first instinct when it came to Krystal and found another provider sooner. You can be sure I will now. But be warned: if you're unlucky enough to have to go to Renown for care, prepare to be treated like this. And moved through the system like cattle. Renown did call me to discuss my situation, which was cool, that has NEVER happened before (and I have zero faith it will happen again if I run into a problem, past extensive history is the reason for that), however: the lady I spoke with assured me she'd have the manager call me about the issue and as of today he hasn't. I'm not holding my breath that he ever will. Par for the course for Renown. With my insurance, I can go anywhere I want (any place that takes my plan), but my boys have HHP. They're stuck in the nightmare that is Renown. They can't keep physicians worth a darn, this is the 4th provider for us in as many years because every single one we choose, we just get established and we get the inevitable letter, "Your provider is leaving Renown." I have a difficult, chronic illness and it's very upsetting to find a provider I like, that understands what I need, and just as I finally feel safe, they leave. I know one reason they can't keep providers; they work them 55 hours a week. Yeah. I'd move on too. Morgan Rios left a HUGE hole in our family's care. She was the first provider I had in decades that understood me and my illness, and I felt completely confident in her care (besides the fact that she was just one extremely cool woman). I'm struggling to find that again, and I fear it's going to take years, if ever.

Nice convenient location at the corner of Vista and Prater. This facility actually houses both an urgent care and the Medical group. Due to the fact that both are housed here means that you can have images and lab work done at the same time.

Great staff, fast service. Drs here are awesome and the lab is great. I really appreciate the care they have given me every time I have gone there. You can tell by the way the staff acts to everyone , as to how they are treated by the Managers here. I'm really impressed and very happy that I found Dr. Walker here and his staff. Very thorough in ordering tests done for me. I am very happy with the treatment here. The imaging staff are great too and everyone is very friendly. I will never go anywhere except renown ever again. Thanks all!

Nice convenient location at the corner of Vista and Prater. This facility actually houses both an urgent care and the Medical group. Due to the fact that both are housed here means that you can have images and lab work done at the same time. Our doctor, as well as others, are located here. Nice large and open layout. Staff and employees are kind and friendly. I like the fact that there are several places to get hand sanitizer at and water bottles are offered to all.
