Worst ross. Always a line. Security is a karen, she saw me in the line for 15 minutes and wants to play games with me on the way out. Get a real job or do yours right, all you have to do is read the room.

This is the worst ross I have ever been to in my life, The security guard is rude and treated me like I was a criminal after she saw me purchase what I had came for, Definitely needs to learn how to talk to people and not act like she is a cop

One cashier and one security guard. Have fun waiting in line for an hour and being harassed. It's easier to buy junk on Amazon.

Store was in shocking disarray, but the most disturbing thing was the instance when a manager named Darren (sp?) thought it appropriate to reprimand a tardy employee by bellowing at her from the middle of the store, over the heads of ten people in line. Wildly unprofessional.

Went in to buy a few shirts. No problem there. The problem with this place is their checkout security. Literally two people in there shopping and checking out and security guard flat out harassed first Lady as she tries to exit, then tries the same with me. I ignored her. They SAW us check-out ten feet away and then want to go through our bags? Screw them, I have better things to do than being treated like a criminal.

The place is not good at all it's so cluttered and dirty the staff is not friendly, they are rude. They look more like a second had store . A second had store display is even nicer then this Ross .

I worked here a year ago. The gal that checked me out this morning was calling with another person on speaker while checking me out. This is not curtious to the customer - Do better! if you guys want business you guys need to manage your employees better! It is appalling to think I worked here A YEAR AGO and there still is nothing changed. Quite ridiculous.
