They were supposed to call 30min prior to drop. Guy called right when got there. So I sent my wife out to sign and he said she couldn't sign i had to and had 10min to get there or he was leaving. So I rushed home. Got there and he just left the 300 pound pallet on the sidewalk. I was standing g there and was like dude can you use your jack and move at least up to the garage. He was like no and loaded up and drove off 🤣

worst freight company to use my delivery was to be delivered on a Tuesday then they said Wednesday now there saying Thursday no communication on there end I had to call in to see why the delays and that when they told me a specific truck that I needed was down I asked if they could just put in on a different truck and they said no Let see if the show up tomorrow worst LTL company ever

Been waiting for over a week now for them to pass my shipment to Elder Logisitcs. Every time I call they say they are sending it to them the next day and never do. Just got off the phone for a 3rd time and being told the same thing. After reading all ybe reviews with the same complaints, sounds to me like they need to get better management to handle their dock because currently they have no idea what they are doing. Going forward I will never order from a company who uses Saia.

Absolutely ridiculous company. What a joke. I purchased a tub from Home Depot they hired this company to deliver. This company says they will not deliver to my area because of all the fires. The fire was three years ago! They will not sent a driver due to the road conditions. There ARE NO ROAD CONDITIONS. IT IS A NORMAL ROAD ALL THE WAY TO MY HOME. NO DIRT OR GRAVEL ROADS. The community lost everything, we are rebuilding, everyone is. Why would a DELIVERY COMPANY not deliver to a community full of families and individuals are trying to rebuild their lives. Most of us buy local and expect what we pay for. Manufactured homes are being delivered with no problems. Am I missing something? ITS A BATH TUB!!!!

Great customer service and drivers ! I noticed my order was idle for a week and decided to contact saia , they informed me no contact info was attached to my order and they were unable to contact me to schedule drop off. They transfered me to the transit my package was at and scheduled delivery for that next day.
The following day I got a call from the driver 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way so I there were no issues with delivery.
My package (200lbs) arrived a little beat up and he helped inspect it and gave me the option to send it back or keep it. He also helped me get it in the house.
Overall excellent customer service ! ?

They do not communicate. We set up an appointment and not only didn’t deliver but didn’t contact at all to let is know they weren’t coming. Now we assume we won’t be able to get our shipment until after the holiday weekend. Next time in getting a freight shipment I’ll be asking if they use this company so I can ask for other options.

Shipment was damaged. Shipping location acted like it was no big deal. I now have to wait for a replacement to be shipped.

Waited hours after thing off work because website says out for delivery then after 3 hours of waiting after a 10 hour shift look online again and says returned to destination terminal after saying was out for delivery since 9am and then says have to call customer well they are already closedthroughly not impressed with this company

They called me to schedule a delivery time, so I assumed I needed to be home. Fast forward to the day of delivery. I get an email saying the package has been delivered. No one rang the door bell or knocked. They just dropped off the large and heavy package in front of my garage.... behind my car. Good thing I had nowhere to be. Called customer service who told me they only do curbside. Fine, but I should have been informed, and someone should have rang the doorbell and asked where to drop it off out front. The girl was rude and not helpful on the phone. To top it off, the box is damaged. I hope the contents are not damaged. DO NOT use delivery service with this company.
