About 7 years with these guys and they have raised the storage price about 5 times now. Got a notice yesterday of it raising again starting 9/30/25 however 9/1/25 they charged me the increased price. Not only am I going to leave this price but i may potentially sue for all the mispractice

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their “promotional price” is bull, they doubled our rent after only two months. They wait until you have all of your stuff there and then raise the price to a ridiculous amount. With the price increase I could have gotten a larger better unit at another storage facility. On top of that their insurance is double the normal and so are their locks and other equipment. The facility is very old and our unit was damaged before we moved in. We don’t have anything fancy in there so I didn’t mind especially when I thought we were getting a “good deal”. Don’t come here unless you want to be price gouged.

Beyond incredible! I will forever recommend anyone to use this storage company. The property is always clean and seems to be well taken care of whenever Lacey, the property manager is on site. She is always so kind, helpful and professional. She will go over every detail with you to ensure that you understand everything about your unit. From explaining expectations as a renter, to any questions regarding your bill and providing any discounts or promotions if any. She is truly one of a kind and very genuine in her goals to provide excellent customer service and care for the property. Thank you Lacey for all that you do!

Very impressed with the promptness from Lacey the manager. She's very punctual, business oriented, as well as customer service oriented. I've had multiple problems with the company in general due to lack of maintenance on the overall building, but due to Lacey I kept my business there for a very long time (with a unit).
