Alas, we have evolved far beyond those treacherous days.
The townsfolk now gather at their local apothecary (Silver State) to purchase such a valued good from a fair and lovely maiden who goes by the name of Holly.
With wondrous insight, she reveals a mysterious potion by the name of "Uncle Arnies" to which she brilliantly sold to me.

Typically I have an enjoyable interaction at this store. Today however, I went in to cash in my coins as I do about once a month and to purchase something. But when the Bud Tender called me over and noticed that I had a coin voucher she scoffed and got a real weird attitude about. I then decided to not purchase due to the attitude she had. I always tip when I come in, even when I don't purchase cause sometimes I just want to cash the coins and you guys provide that service which I love. I would just remind them that they are in a customer service position and giving attitude for a service that your company provides is insane. I do not know the bud tenders name but she had orange hair and glasses. Awful service.
This hasn't detoured me from coming back in the future but just shedding light on the situation.

Today I give them average score. They were my number one until today. They still haven’t fixed ordering qty warning on online orders. It still says over my limit after just two edibles. So forced to go inside and it’s like duh fix your web site. It’s code and only takes a few minutes. It truly affects your brand. Hope you fix it

I always go to silver state because they consistently have the best deals. I’m always pleased to see how nice the employees are. I have been helped by Brian, down at silver state relief off of remote ranch parkway in Reno, and he is always so nice and helpful and explains everything about the purchase I’m making. Overall a 5 star experience.

Updated review: on labor day I purchased a faulty stiiizy cart and left a bad review. A month later Jordan responded by email and went and beyond to right the situation. Can't praise this dispensary enough. Whenever I've had an issue the supervisors have always tried to make it right

Boooo!!! Been a customer for years when traveling to Reno. Firstly, fyi I was coming from a different direction and I got lost from bad directions on maps due to a lot of construction around the area. I did not intentionally go there at the last minute. Anyway here it is... I got there tonight @ 9:58, walked right in both sets of open doors, the lady mopping snarls "were closed". I told her I had driven out of my way 30-40 miles to get there as quickly as I could got kinda lost with construction everywhere. I also stated I had already read the online menu and would be very quick wanted only two items or i could even tell her what I want right now." She went to supposedly check with someone (must not have been actual mgmt) and by the time she came back saying "nope, closed" another female customer had come in behind me. I said "so now you have two customers and is still not 10pm and actually if you're closed shouldn't your doors be locked?" She VERY RUDELY said "no they weren't but they're locked NOW". My last comment to her was "Well that was rude. Then "I'm pretty sure it's illegal for you not to service me during your posted business hours when your doors were unlocked AND both your open signs are on by the way but whatever!" The customer behind me turned and walked out and I walked out behind her. The rude employee stared at me (as if I had been the "problem") from inside while I sat in my car to look up other cannabis shop options in the area. I don't know any other ones in Reno because I have always gone to Silver State. I won't go there anymore because I don't help to support the paychecks of people who act like that. I don't know if I'm mad at the fact that she turned me away during business hours or just the way she did it. No actually, I do know, it's the latter. So if you don't like this type of customer service I would not recommend this place for you.
Also if you think I'm just being rude or writing mean reviews to get some kind of publicity or whatever look at my other reviews and you will see that I don't just post negative comments or mean reviews, I'm a very fair person.
I just want to be treated fairly. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

I've been coming to this place for two years and have spent around $30,000, which is insane. It’s incredibly frustrating that there’s been zero improvement in their concentrate sales. It’s honestly disappointing. And don’t even get me started on the South Reno manager – her attitude is just unacceptable. I can't understand how someone in her position can be so unprofessional. I'm really not happy with my experiences here anymore.
