I have been going to Charles forever he does the best color and cuts. I highly recommend him. He listens to your likes and if it isn’t a style that won’t work on you he explains why and offers other options should you choose to try. Everyone is very friendly

Always very satisfied. Mandy is consistent and professional. She does an excellent cut, bangs and and when I have my roots and toner done, she is the very best. She listens, cares and the results are beautiful. And, she is a pleasant person to be around. Her energy is uplifting and always good vibes. Charles too. Where did Smart Style find these two gems??? Was charged $80.00 for wash, dry, and flat iron. I have a regular person in a salon and get my hair colored, cut, blow dried, and flat ironed plus tip is $90.00 all in the same visit. Why was charged so much for less quality work? I will never visit this place again because the price is not reasonable.

This was my 1st time at this salon and my last! My stylist, I believe her name was jennessa
She was very nice but completely chopped off my hair and didn't listen to my wants! My hair was no more then 2 inches past my shoulders and my hair is naturally curly but I like to wear it straight. I explained my desire was to have my hair (when straight) to sit on my shoulders but NOT be short that when it's curly it's up to my ears and give me long layers. She washed my hair and then cut while wet WAY more off then I asked. My hair is so short now I can't put it in a ponytail and I didn't get long layers like I asked I got short layers, so guess what my hair looks like curly! No more then 2 inches should have been cut off she did at least 3 inches maybe even Upwards of 4
My hair is ruined right now! Who cuts that much off of WET HAIR. She obviously didn't take into consideration my hair was wet and that it was going to shrink dry!
She was the professional and I unfortunately trusted her to listen to my wants. My hair looks hideous and I'm pissed.
I was in shock when I left. I should have told her but decided to bite my tounge and leave quietly. I'll never ever go back. My hair looks awful
