It was a fast service but the technician border into rudeness. Asked if I can use the restroom, he said no restroom. When I said I just paid $35 and saw the restroom he let me in. Was totally disappointed with lack of customer service.

Just ran in to get a smog check and had an awful experience. The man assisting me had a nasty attitude and terrible customer service. He was rude to me for no reason, didn’t even greet me, and told me I needed to “read next time.” Lmao! Will never stop by here again. With so many other smog check places to choose from in town, there’s no need to behave this way towards potential customers. I will be sure to steer friends and family away from this place.

quick enough. polite enough. price is WAY more than enough at $30 when there's places in town that will do it for less than $20 with a coupon. i guess that's why they don't have the price up out front.

I have been going to Smog Monkey for many years and ALWAYS have the best service!! Today I met Rob, the owner... what a wonderful person!!
