Came in recently to get a smog check done on our truck. The shop is in a convenient location and rarely busy which makes for a quick in-n-out trip! Pricing seems fair to me. The owners are wonderful people and very kind. Some of the technicians are a bit hit or miss though. On this most recent visit, the technician was a bit abrasive at first and easily irritated. However, by the end of my visit he cheered up and was very pleasant. Overall though, I do highly recommend them!

Came in for a easy smog check. Smog technician was very rude right from the start when asked what he needed. He snapped "I wanna eat my fucking lunch is what I need" and attempted to refuse even doing the test 3 times finally saying he refused to do the test because drivers door wouldn't open. I got door open and motor cover removed in a few mins and figured the tech would calm down but he remained rude up to the slamming of the door as he went to his office ? I hope he had a good lunch but he definitely don't have a professional yet even decent attitude..Sorry you had to do your job I guess?

My girlfriend and I went to Smog Monkey for her car's smog and reg a few weeks ago. Came back to get my car done this morning. Quick, professional, helpful and happy. This place is a gem! We will be doing all our business here!

This is my third visit to Smog Monkey on Prater. The service is outstanding every time. I now calendar seeing them so I don't accidentally go to the wrong smog location. The service is always friendly, welcoming, professional and fast. I really appreciate how predictably wonderful my annual visit is.
