To the lady that left a piss poor review! This smoke shop is my go to and has always been good to me. If you can’t handle a beneficial remodel. Which is just temporary, you could go to your local 7/11 and buy your shitty glass pipe there. Your flower is not welcome at this place!

This is a head shop that doesn’t sell any accessories. Don’t waste your time
My recommendation would be to take a few items of the accessories out of storage and provide a place that a head shop can sell head shop items even during a remodel. Otherwise, it is a total false advertisement.

Went in to buy a battery for a cart. After 3 months of using it would die quickly no matter how long I charged it. Tried to do an exchange since I was told it had a year warranty. I was told it had to completely stop working in order to exchange. Another month passes and it completely stops working. Went back in and was told they don’t sell that battery anymore and the warranty won’t apply to anything else.

Smokin Ray’s is absolutely amazing! I mean I know there’s a gazillion and smoke shops all over the place to choose from, but I will always give my business to Smokin Rays because not only is the selection great, they always have everything that I need! But the staff is super awesome. Super , knowledgeable and helpful. Eric runs the one here in Sparks by my house, and he hooked me up really nicely today went above and beyond and helped me out when he did not have to and I really really appreciate him for that! So go shop at smokin, Ray’s, you will not regret it!!!

This is my store! I've been coming here since moving back to the area. Erik is the manager of this store and he's now my official "vape guy". Dude can fix anything. And I love that him and the other employees are so knowledgeable about their products.Did you know they used to tell a joke when you'd call? A new one each day! Let's bring that back, Ray's, yeah??! :)

I walked in and was never greeted by the employee. I spoke to him and he didn't even reply to me. I see no reason to buy anything from an establishment that treats its customers that way. I also see no reason to ever return. Just avoid this place.
