Made an appointment for this store xmas eve at 11am, I did show up about 20 minutes late, but the store doesn't even open until noon on Sundays, they made excuses why it was different from Online. I just wanted to exchange my broken modem for a new one, and that even turned out to be a disaster because it wasn't activated at the store. Yes, I did try to activate it through the appn,that was also a failure.

They gave Me an appointment for 6:20 pm n they closed at 6 I show up at 6:10 and the employee says pretty much he don’t care they gave me an appointment at that time , and that he’s there pretty much there just to get paid not to help. Wow

Marcos is a super employee for Spectrum. We went in to have our TV services upgraded which he did, but he also showed us how we could save $150 a month by switching our phone service to Spectrum. We went ahead with the Spectrum plan and are very satisfied that we did. Marcos has a very calm demeanor and is very easy to work with. He made the entire transaction very pleasant. He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you, Marcos, for an excellent experience!

Got gouged for $150 for 5 months of service after I'd already turned in my equipment and asked to disconnect service. Jumped through all the customer service hoops but still got bullied into paying cause it was better than getting sent to collections and taking a hit on my credit score. Internet was good, just make sure they're not cheating you after you try to cancel.

Don't do it. I did, and I'm finding out it was a huge mistake. The got my order wrong, didn't send me half of my equipment. Sent me the wrong equipment, and I had to drive 10 miles to a store to exchange it. Then they can't activate it because my account is wrong. They send a guy out who then takes my equipment and installs the wrong equip. I drive 10 miles back to local store after calling Spectrum twice and being on hold for 1/2 an hour to again exchange equip. The day before nobody wanted anything to exchange my equip. This time they wanted ID I didn't bring because I got a ride so they won't fix it. They offered mail of a new one then expect me to box up the wrong one they stuck me with and drive 8 miles to the post office and wait an hour to mail it back. These people think I have no life or a job, because getting the right fing service and equipment is turning into a full time job. If you have a life that doesn't include time to spend on hold, driving miles on your own gas, and waiting in line at post office or Spectrum store for hours, save yourself.

I wish I could give this whole company 0 stars. Not one person who works for this company, over the phone, in person AND online knows what they are doing. It's actually pathetic at how AWFUL the training is with this company. I never write reviews and I know this is just a building owned by spectrum but I've never been so pissed off. Over charged me by a large amount for no reason, couldn't get rid of my old address. And just over all negligence by each and every employee. It's like they didn't understand what I was asking when it was so fucking simple. Literally FUCK spectrum. Awful company with not even good internet.

Legitimately the worst possible internet solution you can go with, im paying for the 1 gig speed but I hardly ever come close to a gig. Most of the time its around 500-700 mbps, It makes online gaming impossible im home alone sick with no one else connected but yet I cant get through 1 game without getting kicked. This is even a problem with all streaming services you can't get through a show without getting kicked from the app they, seriously need to get the connection issues delt with im looking if anyone has any recommendations for internet I just need something fast and stable.
