Can't say enough good things about Steve's Collision Center. I'm a Turo owner, so my situation was complicated after my renter was in an accident. The staff was very accommodating, kind, helpful, and I even got the car back to me faster than quoted. The car looks great and is back in business. If you're unfortunately in an accident, I highly recommend. I called several other shops who didn't understand or offer any help to meet the time requirements of Turo or work with my schedule. Customer for life.

Just going to try and make a long story short. I needed a new power regulator for my driver's side window. I chose Steve's Collision Center from a friend referral. Went there in June 2023 for the work and it was a great experience.
About two months later, the window stopped working yet again. This time I did not have control of any window or door lock from my driver's door. I thought something may have came unplugged from the previous work.
Took about a month to get in for them to check it out and everything was fine from the looks of it. When opening my door to check, the housing of the switches was cracked and damaged. The employee offered to install the part for free if I purchased it due to the mistake. I agreed. I also think that since the vehicle was a 2007 that when the initial work was completed, just messing with the old wiring may have caused another issue.
Now it is October 2023, from there I begin calling roughly every month. Every time I called the story was the same, "the part is on order". I know it is an old 2007 Ford Escape, but after being told the same thing about the "part on order" and "we will call you when the part is in", I knew that I was being jerked around. Calling four times and being told the same thing when the work was probably faulty or had issues from the initial work is not satisfactory. I had to give up and stop calling. Now I am left with this issue, the bad experience, and hope that others may take caution before using this business.

I never liked this place. I went here by insurance. But I took my car twice and it didn't do well. It lasted a month but it broke down even more than before. By coming here you are just wasting your time and money!

Steve’s Collision was amazing. I had an accident in my truck. They had repairs going the next day. It was a lot of damage and they did a superb job. All of my questions were answered whenever I had them. They answered my emails and phone calls promptly. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them for any future issues. Thank you Derek and everyone else at Steve’s!
