Good service! Barbara, The Manager, is very considerate & nice. No complaints (except I just wish it was cheaper, as well as everything else these days!) But, they have good prices, considering.

Place looks great!
Really nice job on new paint and still the best kept facility in town!
Been renting there since the lock down when I was afraid I would never find anywhere to store my things.
But Storwise answers and with few
questions and information I was in a unit in no time!
Very professional and experienced to guide me in by phone and make sure I got what I needed and the price was perfect too!
Thanks to all team members for that and more.
P.S. when I finally met the staff I decided to upgrade to a larger unit and stay, its perfect for my needs!

Friendly, affordable, convenient, and accommodating. I was looking for a space to store a vehicle for a few months, and StorWise had exactly what I needed. I thought it might be a challenge setting everything up since I am out of town and doing it all remotely, but they made it easy and problem-free. Nancy is the best!

The best storage in town. The General Management Kim Duncan is the best, funny , service, clean , professional always on time really the best experience of professionalism. Been there costumer over 2 years year I recommend to all people in Reno Sparks area. Good Job Kim. Thanks for make us feel like family ?

I wrote a big long story I’m glad I was able to remove it because shortly after I severely complained about the concern I had with regards to payment and being locked out every time I go to pack up my RV I finally got a phone call after or many text many emails and was able to come to an agreement with the proprietor of this storage facility and everything worked out fine.

If you are looking for a storage, rent here and only here. Kim at the desk is wonderful. I have been at this place for years and will not ever rent anywhere else. This place is wonderful
