He just sold me three vapes that don't work. Can't charge, can't hit. That's 50 dollars out of my pocket and he won't even call the vendor to help. You may go in for different reasons...but don't by a disposable vape. I had been a loyal customer and buy 3 at a time once a month. The last month...both orien and geek bars did not work.

I’ve been going here for awhile now and never had an issue outside of prices varying day by day and dependent on who is working.
Tonight I went in and bought a Bad Drip Apple Nic Salt juice and when I got outside and opened the pill bottle it comes in, saw that it expired in 6/2021.
I turned around and went back in and they as usual allowed me to swap with another juice, the main issue was the worker then put the expired juice back on the shelf as if it wasn’t expired.
Definitely will be checking bottles from here on out.

This is one of my favorite stores! You can get anything you are looking for right here! I will have to take photos next time I'm there. We bought an awesome speaker there with horns and all! Came with two microphones and the wattage will blow you out of your apartment! We love to karaoke and this has 3 mike ports, Bluetooth and a bunch more! Went to get smokes now but if you needed to buy someone a gift, this place would be the place to go! They literally have EVERYTHING GUYS! QUALITY STUFF TOO! THIS particular store is the largest one I've seen. I could look around for a couple hours at least! It is like shopping several different stores in one! Fantastic variety of items to choose from!

I have been coming to this shop for maybe going on 8 yrs now and even knew sunnys wife when she worked there. Today I went in and was short on cash so I tried to pay $1.95 in change and was told change was not accepted there. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very rude. I thought money was money but I guess they don't want mine anymore. 8 yrs of business gone over a $1.95 in change . Sad ! Poor customer service for sure. But pyramid vape and art studio on pyramid and mccarran is AMAZING!! Now my forever go to vape store will be pyramid vape . Thanks guys!! BYE BYE!!
