Very friendly, acknowledge me right away while they were helping other people which made me feel welcome. I told them what I needed and they were positive about resolving anything and going above and beyond to meet my needs. I'm a previous t mobile customer so it was still great to work with Pedro helped me through the whole process of fixing everything, was thankful for him.

LIED TO AND DECEIVED ABOUT THE SERVICETHE QUALITY AND VALUE.THE PRICE IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR THE NON RELIABLE SERVICE!!!!WE WERE SWINDLED INTO A 2 YEAR CONTRACT.. FOR WHAT??!! THIS BELOW STANDARD SERVICE AND PHONE, STANDARD THAT ARE RIDICULOUSLY BELOW ANY OTHER CARRIER AVAILABLE... WITH LAZY EMPLOYEES THAT BARELY KNOW THEIR JOB IF AT ALL. DESPICABLELYWORST EVER SERVICEWORST QUALITYI HAVE EVER IN MY LIFEHAD TO DEAL WITH.I WOULD TALK TO MY WORST ENEMYJUST TO LET THEM KNOW TO AVOID ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO T-MOBILE !!!!!!!!!

Employee was very willing to help partially. Not eager to satisfy existing customers with options. Company moves hard to create plans to slowly milk money while over selling the 5G availability. I'm interested in staying but they make it easy to change to new service

I was a customer from 2009-2023. When i filled my first claim for a broken screen on my G8. I was given nothing but the run around.i paid for their protection 360 plan on each phone and they did not fix my phone still. There customer service even tried to say that they replaced my phone by claiming the one i purchased from amazon was supplied by them as a replacement!The 360 plan says they will repair or replace with comparable phone. I always purchase top of the line and most recently released product, they tried to offer me a much lesser quality phone at a reduced rate!! What? They still wanted me to pay yet more fur another phone.yep, that's what your 360 really gets you.

PETTY manager wouldnt let me charge my phone.. i pay $80 a month and this store manager said " we sell phones we dont charge phones " so i went next door to BATTERIES PLUS and they charged my phone.. ILL BE CANCELING MY SERVICE MY NEXT MONTH ? IM REALLY LIVIN
