As a truck driver, I'd advise against grabbing food to go from this place. It takes them a whopping two hours to make a burger, and trust me, it's not worth the wait. I had the misfortune of trying their hamburger, and it was hands down the worst I've ever had.

While the services provided may be good. The place reakes of stale smoke. They have a service center but it not only isn't 24 hours it doesn't even have hours posted. I guess they show up when they want to.

If you're a Truck Driver in need of service, the service and parts department is not 24 hours. Call Loves, they have 24 hour service. There is a casino here to take your money if you need to wait for them to open. I give the casino 4 stars. By the time I got my 5 dollar bill in the machine, they were already offering me a free drink. The food is no Bueno unless you want a hamburger. They have a Fuddruckers attached to the building. Fuddruckers makes the best Elk burger if your into healthy meat. Cost is 18.95.

I stop in here every time on my way to California or when I come to reno and cant get my cash advance off my fuel card and im here today and went to use my ultra credit for a free drink and the app says to enter phone number at register and it will redeem the free drinks and I get told by cashier that I cant do that but ta petro app says to do it im not very impressed by the service I receive here and I think that the employees should be trained on what the app rules are before they tell us drivers they cant do it I have been stopping here for over 15 years as a professional driver and get this type of service not exceptable nor will it be tolerated the cashiers name was blaire

I really hope TA travel centers take a look at this location. Paid for a shower out of pocket and turns out the toilet was covered in poop, smeared all over the seat. Politely asking the lady cleaning the shower if I could get another shower she immediately flipped out and started screaming and yelling and cursing at me saying the shower was clean and there was not poop anywhere. Yelling at me to “SHUT UP” and (I DONT CARE)(I have a video to prove everything.) after arguing back and forth with her I just decided to go to the front counter and ask for a refund. Lady up front flipped out just the same saying if the cleaning lady said it was clean she couldn’t do anything about it. Even after she cleaned it 4 times there was poop. I guess I’ll wait till Monday to ask for refund. $18 for a shower is not cheap and im definitely not taking one with poop smeared on the toilet. Cleaning lady nor the front counter lady were willing to give me a different shower or a refund. What do you expect they got creak heads working front counter. I really hope TA travel centers takes a look at this location and doesn’t just brush it off. Listen you the drivers there’s plenty of bad reviews on here come on! We shouldn’t have the need to email corporate or anyone else a review should be enough to take a look into this matter!

It's not the truck stops fault, but omg!! The traffic doesn't stop. It's so loud. Not in the parking lot, on the street. How can there be that many cars with loud engines? I tried to sleep for two hours and then couldn't take it anymore. The one on E Greg is much quieter.

First pump I stopped at said ‘please pay cashier’ so maybe the card reader is dead. I move to a different pump and it said to pay the cashier. Locked the car and went into the cigarette haze only to find three people in the cashier line and it’s obvious not moving. Hit the restroom and came back to an even longer line. Gas is 18 cents a gallon cheaper at the 76 station one block down and the card readers on their pumps actually work. I’ve been buying gas at this Travel Center for years - never again.

As a truck driver that’s traveled throughout the United States. I would have to say that this truck stop here in Sparks Nevada is one of the worst, especially when it comes to their staff. They are super rude super mean and disrespectful always in a bad mood. Don’t wanna help you and when you ask them questions they give you a very rude attitude. I was here the other night and wanted to ask one of these ladies a question She just gave me a blink stare and asked me what did I want definitely unprofessional and I would highly recommend that Corporate looks into this matter on how they treat their customers yeah I understand there’s a lot of homelessness and stuff like that but at the end of the day you’re here to help us keep America moving so please enjoy your job. Thank you.
