Went to make a return, two young women at the customer service center seemed bothered and were being rude.

Staff needs to be careful about the crude language they use when when using their walkie talkies. Very unprofessional

I use drive up a lot. Very accurate and efficient. A GODSEND AS I AM IN A wheel chairHowever they pick the worst of available fruits and veggies. The smallest less ripe watermellon. Moldy cantelope. The ones people would reject in the store. How about telling pickers to pick fruit and veggies as if they were picking for themselves .I had my wife walk in once to verify there were larger watermellons/larger better looking sweet potatoes ...and the ones sitting in my car were inferior

A Five Star shopping experience with my doggie Olivia Cocobean today at Target in Sparks. How can you not love target. It has everything. Food, clothing, home decor, toys, electronics and a beautiful garden section. Today my doggie Olivia Cocobean and I, came to shop for food and home supplies. The store is beautifully lit, so many items to choose from. One of our favorite sections is the 5.00 and under section when you just walk in the store. There are so many fun things to buy. Prices are fair and you can can stop for a Starbucks coffee or snack before you leave. See you again target. Julie A

This is one of two targets in our area. The selection is pretty good and it's conveniently located off the highway by the Legends outlets. I came in for a specific blender that said it was in stock in the app, but unfortunately the blender/small appliance aisle was a mess. Lots of blenders were out of place and the pricing didn't match up with display models by it. I ended up purchasing a different blender that was comparable with the one I came in for. Overall, it was a decent shopping trip!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon with my son, while he shopped.for dvds. Busy, busy, busy...Very nice, clean, organized Target. I like their variety of women's clothing options and like the fact that they sell name brands and also rock group licensed T shirts. Easy to maneuver around the store. Pleasant workers. My son was not able to find any dvds this go-around, but we will be back. I like the fact that you can order online and pick up

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THEIR PHONES ONLY as I do not go here often enough to leave a thorough review of the in store experience. How are you gonna be this big of a company, and have multiple department lines, and not have anyone pick up the phone? I called twice for the Starbucks department, and the call dropped immediately for that option. Then I called back trying to reach the food and drinks department, since that's the second closes option, and the call just rang. Lastly, I called the "all others" option and again it rung for longer than you would imagine. So, really, what's the point of having department options if you don't even have people to man the lines. Just send us to one department cause who's trying to call nine lines just to get someone to pick up.

We drive about the same amount of time between this target and south reno so we often come to this location especially if we are in the area. I would normally give this location 5/5 stars as before this review, we always had ease of finding and purchasing things we need either in store or through their app.My husband bought a couple of Apple accessories on the the target app and chose pick to drive up pick up option as he recent bought a new phone. We received a notification it was ready for pick up and as we were in the area, we decided to park at the drive up location. Wait time was not long as we received the bag but as soon as my husband opened the bag he new one of the items were wrong. My husband waited until the employee completed the task of delivering purchased items to other customers and he brought the discrepancy up. He advised us to go to customer service for further assistance. We approached the customer service line inside and noticed a long line but again the wait time wasn't long. Another employee helped us and requested her coworker to find the correct item who gave an attitude to her like he was hesitant to do the task. After she kept saying please can you do it, her coworker finally decided to go. A few minutes later he came back to customer service and as he was walking back he said out loud for everyone, "I couldn't find sh*t". This gave the impression of he didn't want to help, so my husband offered to look for it himself. We ended up not finding the item although the app said there was 6 in stock; we were empathetic it was probably in the back room waiting to be placed on the shelves. Again, we usually don't receive that kind of service at target, as it's usually organized and employees are happy to help; who knows, maybe they were short staffed or that employer was having a bad day. But that feeling of being the customer requesting assistance from an employee who is hesitant to do a simple task, leaves a lasting impression. My husband received an email about the item and he made sure to complete it in response to the experience.Needless to say, my husband went ahead and paid the extra $2 to not take a chance and ordered the accessory on Amazon. Sometimes it's worth to pay more to minimize the inconvenience.

Thanks Raquel, for opening a line and taking the people BEHIND me, even though I was nowhere near the register and all of my stuff was still in my car. Unacceptable. Also stood at the pharmacy for ~10 minutes while the tech talked to a guy, didn't actually make a sale, and never asked if he could help me. Several employees walked by when I tried to flag them down in aisles. Overall some of the worst service I have ever encountered.

Sorry everyone I wish I was able to provide a better review on this location but unfortunately me and my family did not have a very good experience. First of all the floor was very dirty when we first walked into the store. I had my young children with me and it was an absolute bummer to see so much sticky stuff all over the floor my three-year-old could barely walk properly. Awesome, the basket that we had had tons of trash in it. There were a lot of workers there and I am not sure why they were unable to just take the trash out of the baskets before they put them in the rack but unfortunately that was something they were not able to do. Also, the staff that work there though many of them were nice a few of them did have a bad attitude. I understand people have emotions and sometimes they are not having a good day but you should not bring that bad attitude with you when you come to work. I feel it is completely disrespectful and it is completely inappropriate. It is not called for for you to treat customers the way they treated us. Again, it's not that they treated us so so bad that they did something absolutely terrible but they just did not have a really good attitude that you would expect when you first walk into a business I also purchased some green tea from them and when I took it home I think the tea bags were really old because it actually turned the water in my cup yellow. Completely unacceptable

This is the third time I've gone online and made sure the item I want was in stock and the third time I drove 8 miles to this Target to find it is not in stock. This time I asked an associate to check and was told it was on the shelf. She looked and it was not there. I went home a ordered it online. I'm not driving there again to waste my time. The other issue I have is masks, lot of people with none, lot of people with the masks below their nose and a lot of those were associates. Clean store with lots of parking but to far for me to drive for them not to have what they say they have.

Great place to go when the T.P. Apocalypse happened... I am mean the store ran out of stock for sale. But they sure kept the men's thrown top notch when having to drop a #2. 10/10 will do it again. Other than that.... The store itself is ok.

Love this place, they got plenty of things for my needs! I just wish the customers were more kinder to the employees that are working their hardest.

I'm all for covid safety..they have signs saying stay six feet apart that no one was listening to and a few people weren't even masked up, but today I had a sales woman tell me not to try a dress on. With my mask on? There was no sign stating this. I would've liked to know this ahead of time. Fitting rooms are still closed so I was told to buy the 4 things I had and then return them if they didn't fit. Sure. Let me just drop the $100 I don't have and rush back if it doesn't fit. Yell at someone else, I wasn't licking the thing!
