We call and talk to the manager, and he states that he will buy cards for a fair price and then when we get there he says that the cards have a good price but never pays us for anything. He just keeps talking and talking.

Been here a few times. Big store with wide variety of different stuff. I like looking at their vintage games. The prices on some of the stuff are reasonable while others are way marked up. Seen some prices on Pokémon boxes that are scalpers price. I can’t support a card store that doesn’t support their community with honest pricing.

The staff were super friendly! I found my Pokémon cards from the 90s and brought them to sell. The staff were super knowledgeable, genuine and trustworthy. They gave me great insight and fair pricing. Thank you! I highly recommend.

I love both their locations in Reno and CarsonCity. I'm a pokemon card collector and I've found so many I've absolutely loved here.

Nice store, but unfortunately, Scalper prices For everything and then low ball for trading in or cash. I Get it’s a business but 40% for cash and 60% trade-in just to turn around and sell it for double or triple is crazy.

I live close by, and have been visiting this store since they opened. It's hard to overstate how helpful and friendly each staff member I interact with is, and I've noticed they treat everyone else in an equal manner. The people are friendly and personable, always going above and beyond to do everything in their power to help even enhance your experience. Everything is market value or lower, no prices are hiked up, and the variety of the products they offer are clearly tailored to both casual collectors and enthusiasts. If your experience is anything like mine (and I visit often), you will be satisfied and pleased with your experience here.

It's a nice store and the guy and his wife who run the place are very nice. It's just they don't offer very much for trade-in and the last time I was in there I brought some pretty expensive cards and they were very obviously mispriced by the wife when I was trying to do my trade-in so I didn't make nearly what I was supposed to on top of them not offering the same amount for trade-ins as other card shops in town so if you do go in here to trade in any of your cards. Make sure you have prices up beforehand because who they have doing it behind the counter isn't looking at foiling special edition or art when they get the pricing for you

I have shopped here a few times by myself been to a few release days and every time I step into this building it feels like I’m walking into a fast food place just people looking at me blank with no personality, and why I say I have been here for release days is cause I have seen how they act with most likely “long time customers” and they treat them with open arms and are willing to help them out. My fiancé shopped here with me once too and told me how unwelcomed she felt, and After that experience Each time I walk in it’s just gets colder and colder. Not fun for a first time buyer into the Pokémon world or anime I have gone to other shops where they might be more expensive but they are willing to help and actually have things in stock with a smile
On their face to each customer. This store does not feel welcoming to people, specially to people that don’t even know the world of cards or anything, will not go back here even if it’s close to my house or even if family and friends shop there. Don’t get it. Bummed out

Once again, the best card/game store in Reno. I've visited two years in a row from out of town and always find something good. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I make it a point to visit here whenever in town.

First visit here. They have a great selection of TCG singles, graded card, Funko, retro games and consoles, and even a ton of new stock.
Everyone was very friendly! Will definitely make this one of my stops when visiting Reno.
