The store is inside Raley’s, so it’s super easy to get to. There were two guys holding up the line, but the young blond employee (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was knowledeable, stayed calm and friendly. Good experience this will be my go to store now😉

I mailed 9 large boxes in two days from here. The young man there was so very helpful and accommodating. Didn't realize if you have AAA you can get a discount!

Nicholas was super kind and helpful, he Knew all about the Amazon returns and there policies. He made it very easy for me to return multiple items. It was quick in and out even with a line of 4 people ahead of me I maybe spent 2 minutes total getting all my returns done! 🙂

The employee was checking out a tuba and it was taking a while but she was so friendly I didn't mind in the slightest I was re turning a projector screen and she even helped me with parts that amozon failed to explain. Pretty good service 10/10

Jasmine at this UPS store was extremely helpful. I returned some AT&t merchandise and she made sure I had copies in case it doesn't go through on their end. She explained how it worked. She was just extremely helpful

A very kind young gentleman whose name I think is Tristan, helped me. I had my hands full with a baby and he was quick, efficient and super helpful.
The gal in line in front of me was also super pleased with his services, I think he was helping her troubleshoot something, he was so kind and friendly. But just wanted to say, thanks Tristen for being so great!

This new location was convenient because it was in a grocery store I shop at. The clerk was awesome. I could not get the QR code for my Amazon return to come up on my phone. She was patient and offered a couple of suggestions for the current situation and for future returns.
