“I usually enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx, but I’ve had some disappointing experiences with a few employees, including a manager. Professionalism and customer service are key, and unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a customer during my recent visits. I hope the store takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and service. TJ Maxx is a great store, and better customer interactions would make the experience even more enjoyable.”

Always a great selection at this TJ Max location and the staff seem friendly. Just don’t make the mistake I did because the clothes isles are narrow, and think leaving your cart at the end out of curiosity to others is a good idea because it’s not. Mine disappeared and I was told the staff was probably already busy returning items in my cart thinking it was abandoned. I thought it was pretty strange to have a policy of taking carts full of merchandise without once announcing or asking is this anyone’s, but that’s just me.

Beautiful store with lots of things to choose from. Loved that there are two stores connected: TJmaxx and Homegoods. Found cute stuff on clearance and lots of more.

So I stopped coming here because I was just getting really bad customer service they don't really have a massive selection of men stuff either but I did enjoy bev she's probably the only person that came to me and said can I help you with something instead of just walking past me I really enjoyed her company and experiences with different products I was struggling with she is definitely a gem I'll be back management was top-notch as well way to go yall :)

A great discount store for almost anything you may need. Need pots and pans? Yep, they've got it. Need knives and silverware? Yep got it. Clothes, home decor, towels, blankets, pillows, pets, dinnerware, you get the idea. Not to mention, they always have a variety of current items such as Easter decor or Mother's Day gifts.
Why pay higher prices when you can get the same thing cheaper here? The staff is friendly and helpful.
