The dog station was filthy by noon. I was covered in blond dog hair even tho my dog is dark. No towel bin, dirty ones on the floor. I couldn’t dry her because so much flying hair from other dogs that I couldn’t breathe welll.I stopped to politely tell the clerk and was cut off with “Thank you. Thank you. Ok…” if they were polite and helpful I would not have left any review. I thought Tractor Supply was into customer service but I guess not. Going elsewhere

Diane, the manager was absolutely amazing and made things right without making it a pain in the booty. She has excellent customer service and the store is very well run with her in charge.

On 5/24/24, I had a flat tire after picking up a tractor that I bought in Reno and was taking to the Auburn, CA area.TSC was the ONLY place still open at 8:30 PM with trailer tires. Mike and Ty went out of their way to help me select a tire to replace the one that had blown out on Hwy 80 as I was trying to go home.They went above and beyond to help me and without them I would have been stranded there until Tuesday as it was a Holiday weekend. I plan on sending them a thank you card, but just wanted everyone to know THIS TSC has 2 extraordinary young men that helped me in my time of need and deserve a promotion. They are true hero’s and I hope their managers see that and give them a bonus for helping me as they truly deserve it. I will tell everyone I know about Mike and Ty so your store should see a huge increase in sales soon! Thank you again to Mike and Ty! You’re the best!!! Sincerely, Carol S.

I went in there looking for a T-connect. Found one. Noticed chain... bought a bike lock that I needed. Then I said maybe I should check out the heavy dirty cleaners. Since I'm a housekeeper who's always looking for the best products. The young lad who guided me to Purple Power Cleaner Degreaser couldn't have helped me any more than he did. He told me about the Cleaner I said let's try it. And he knew his stuff. Him and the register clerk were super knowledgeable about their store. I thank you both for hooking me up with what I needed.... However, I'm online shopping at Auto Zone. And noticed Purple Power Degreaser. Tractor Supply charged me 15.99 for the Same stuff I could have picked up at Auto Zone for 6.99.
Absolutely floored. I suggest googling your product first and price check. I'm thinking I have a one-of-a-kind product that I can only pick up at 1 location. Was I wrong or what? You can get this stuff anywhere at a fraction of the cost. So Tractor Supply? What's with the price ?? You may not know how to markup but you do know how to hire. The clerks were awesome!

After receiving no help I waited in line for at least 10 minutes before another clerk was called to help. They were having a friendly conversation and not concerned about the growing line. Left my cart with the stuff in it and left. Won’t go back there again.

Came to get chicken wire . Couldn't find it asked for help too busy to help me . The wire was three times more expensive than online tolde of I want that price it's ordered online only. Total waste of a trip at 5$ a gallon. Never coming back. Hillbillies don't know how to stick the shelves or run a business. Horrible customer service sorry I tried to hit anytime here. Sorry don't have the time to waste I can find it online cheaper than you can so if I have to buy it online why would I buy it from you. You lost a customer. You are supposed to be the farmers friend not the company that always charges more.
