Thank you so much Veronica! I came here because my phone pixel 7 screen went out. They were so helpful answering all my questions. I didn't wait long. It might have taken hour maybe two. I didn't stay there the whole time I went home and they called me to come back when it was done. Super convenient! I got a welcome discount. That is because it was my first time coming. I wasn't too happy about the price but it was way cheaper than a new phone. So what can you do?. Thank you so much for helping me out. Until next time hopefully there won't be one but if there is I know where to go.

These folks are fast, efficient and friendly. I was so pleased with my phone repair, and they were able to help me with the cost - by looking up my Verizon account. Woo hoo!

This business will always have a special place in my heart. They were able to retrieve valuable family photos from an iphone of mine that went dead on a trip to Washington state several years ago. I took it to a store in Seattle that spent an hour in a futile attempt to bring it back from the dead. They told me that I had little chance of getting the photos back unless I was willing to spend a lot of money to get it to work again. uBreakiFix had the iphone back on within 30 minutes and transferred the photos to my icloud account for a grand total of $65. I'm really glad I didn't get rid of the iphone and gave uBreakiFix a chance to get my photos. The two women I dealt with at the store were knowledgeable and friendly. My compliments to them.

My visit was great. Only when I arrived home with my laptop I discovered that the repairs were not done and that was very disappointing. I'm returning to demand a refund for the work that was supposed to be done and that asurion would not honor on my claim.

I sent my xbox series x in to get hdmi port fixed came back not being able to play any xbox series x games shuts off and says over heating xbox one games work I sent back and nothing was done was sent back to me broken I was so excited to be a customer too dam I think they switch series parts for xbox one so sad. I wont to send the same vibe they gave me 'ooookkkk by by!'

Was charged incorrectly, spoken to disrespectfully by an employee, then several weeks later told my consol could not be repaired. When I picked it up and asked for clarification what was wrong, I was told that the only thing in the notes was “repair declined”.
