This store is really going downhill, it is ALWAYS out of stock on tons of items, even though the app may show items in stock. Very unorganized items are all over the place. Not sure if it is just not stocked/organized because of a staff shortage?? It’s disappointing.

Got my brows done there last week with their brow tech Vivian, she was super friendly and helpful! She noticed my skin was reacting to the wax so switched to tweezing. She also told me about every product she was using and made me feel incredibly comfortable about the whole experience!

I got my eyebrows done with Vivian about a week ago and I just want to say she brought me back to life! She was super kind and always made sure I was comfortable. She made sure I liked the shape before waxing and overall was a really great waxer! Would definitely recommend her for people wanting their brows done!

I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty! The store was well-stocked with a great variety of products, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of getting a salon visit for a signature haircut with Chasity, who was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she super nice and easy to talk to, but she really listened to what I wanted for my haircut and made it even better with her expertise. Honestly, it’s the best haircut I’ve had in years! I left feeling so happy with the results!
Highly recommend this Ulta location and Chasity for anyone looking for top-notch service!

No problems with customer service and all employees are very helpful. However, the past several visits lately have not been pleasant due to the loud Mexican music playing in the store. Can’t handle shopping very long due to the annoying loud music. Please change the music and turn down the volume to a reasonable level!

I recently came by to purchase some things for a birthday gift and I can say I had a so and so experience
After spending an hour in the store gathering my items, once it was time for me to purchase my items towards the end of the payment my credit card wasn’t going thru because the issues they were having with the system, now I understand and know this isn’t the employees fault but it would’ve been really helpful if they would’ve placed a sign outside or at least notify everyone who was coming in about the issue especially because some of the employees stated that they were having that issue all day long . Secondly the girl who helped me she was very sweet and kind but the girl next to her on the register had a snotty attitude when I asked if there was another way to make my payment she said “no ! We’re having issues and all we can do is take another payment method or call costumer service, you go call outside !! “ and I asked her if I was able to place the order online and do a curbside pickup and she said “I don’t know call costumer service, there’s benches outside by the door “ like dang girl if you’re that annoyed or we’re going to have an attitude for the day then you should’ve just stayed home . But I was able to make my purchase online and the two girls & manager were very kinda and patient . They assisted me so well and were able to address my concern properly with a better tone . All I’m saying is the tone of someone’s voice and the negative attitude should be kept home because it really boiled me up to the max the way how that one employee talked to me and treated me. You’re there to provide good costumer service and even on stressful days it doesn’t hurt to take a breather and keep the positive attitude going ??♀️ I been there before so I understand .

I would like to discuss how employees should treat customers. Today, my sister and I visited a store as regular customers. It was a hot sunny day, so we were wearing caps. However, upon entering, it seemed like the employees judged us unfairly. It felt like they assumed we were up to no good just because of our caps. While we were looking at shampoos in the shampoo section, one employee came over and just stared at us without saying anything or offering any help. It was as if they thought we were going to steal something! Despite their suspicions, we purchased the items we needed. I was raised well by my parents and do not appreciate being unfairly judged. Please hire kind people. Thank you.
