The staff at this UPS store is great. They are always friendly and help me to select the best shipping options. I’d rather mail packages from here than any other store.

I wanted to share an experience at the UPS Store today. I went in to mail three packages today that had very special meaning to me, the lady at the counter also took special interest to see each package was carefully handled for shipping. Each package contained K9 related items that needed to be sent to different parts of the country. The staff at the UPS Store went WAY above and beyond to ship my packages at an affordable rate and insure they arrive timely. The customer service is incredible, we need more businesses like this.

Dropping off my 7 packages was a good experience with Becky. But then on Saturday I ran into a problem and I met Barb and Kevin. The two worst employees I have ever met. They gave the impression that they didn’t care about how they conducted business or how they treated customers. I told Barb that we mailed out 7 packages and she kept saying I only see Two. When i got to the store I wanted answers about what happened to the other the other 5 packages. Barb just gave me the impression that she didn’t have to answer my questions about them. She said that we aren’t UPS and are only a drop off point and after that this store has nothing to do about it. When I told them I was going to take this up with the store owner they could care less about it. Kevin gave me the impression that he cared even less. When I told him I didn’t care for his attitude and I was going to talk to the owner he said go ahead. He showed a complete lack of respect for his boss. I called UPS and im filing a complaint about this store.

I concur with the previous reviews. I have used services from this UPS store for the past few years. They are always very kind and helpful. They ship UPS packages as well as USPS packages which is a huge bonus in my book. I stopped by today to expedite a package and they were as concerned as I was about when it would arrive at the destination. They found a solution for me and even packaged my items securely. I believe this store is locally owned and operated and the employees are efficient enough to treat each customer with excellent service even during rush periods. They also have a wide variety of services in a convenient location. I wish I had annotated names of the employees that assisted me so I could give specific credit. Thanks for the A+ service!!!!

I have used this UPS store to ship packages either for returns or original shipping, to get copies of multiple page documents, to get a copy of blueprints, notary service, and numerous other projects. The staff have always been knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and full of information. One of the most pleasant things to do in my day. A+ to the staff.

This place is amazing for everyone, business owners to regular Joe's. They do printing, shipping and can handle a ton of different projects for you. I've been using them for 10+ years and I've never had a single issue. I just had 100 flyers made that came out fantastic.
